I had been watching You Tube videos of Dave Zoller and Streamline Financial for over a year before deciding to switch financial advisers. What drew me to Streamline was the focus on not just wealth building but tax preparation and the importance of being emotionally prepared for retirement. I found my transition to Streamline to be very smooth working with Carolyn and Luke to get everything set up. Carolyn was very patient and professional and it was an overall excellent experience. My initial call with Luke was also handled in a very professional, caring manner with Luke asking very specific questions in order to get to know me and my wife before recommending a path forward. Luke paid attention to more than the financial pieces and was genuinely interested in what our plans were when we retired. I found Luke to be very patient as we worked through this process and open to our thoughts and ideas while aligning with Streamlines philosophies. Overall we could not be more pleased with our experiences with Streamline and we look forward to the strategies for managing tax concerns while continuing to build wealth, be able to donate to our charities and being able to enjoy travel and adventure throughout this next phase of life. I strongly recommend Streamline Financial for anyone looking for a professional, focused company to manage more than just investments but also need assistance with tax strategies and adjusting to the emotional changes associated with retirement.

It took me a long time to write this review, and although I usually don't post negative reviews, this one mattered to me.
I've been watching Dave Zollar's you tube videos for awhile now and had really enjoyed his insight and felt a sense of trust that came through. We reached out and made an appointment for a financial review and had an hour with Sean Ford.
Sean was extremely pleasant and also gave us a feeling of trust in our first phone meeting. We talked in detail about what we were looking for in a retirement/financial advisory firm. We then scheduled an in office appointment about a month later, (we would have been flying from Florida to Chicago). Sean asked for all of our financial documents (401k,IRA and savings) which we sent immediately. Approximately a week and a half before our meeting we called to see if we could change to a Zoom meeting and Sean agreed.
My wife and I were extremely excited to finally find a firm that gave us a sense of financial peace. Unfortunately that ended with an e-mail say "a canceled event with Sean Ford had been canceled" followed by another e-mail from Sean saying we didn't seem like a good fit, this was an hour before our meeting. He did include a small diagram of a Monte Carlo simulation and said maybe later in the future we could work together.
This complete disregard of future clients time and feelings was very unprofessional to say the least. I e-mailed Sean to express my feelings and received a curt response saying they were busy getting ready for tax season. Our point is, Streamline Financial had our documents for a month and could have informed us earlier that we were not a good fit, not wait until the day of (and an hour before) our scheduled meeting. What if we had purchased two plane tickets to go to Chicago?
In closing, great advice on line by Dave Zollar. Terrible business practices by Sean Ford and Streamline Financial in real time. It is hard to explain how "we felt with the e-mail cancelation" but we would not do business with a group that acted like this.

Good luck getting a call back or a response to their online questionnaire. I tried multiple times the past 2 weeks without a response. To be fair they are probably a great financial advisor for the clients they have but they are woefully unresponsive.

I have been a client of Streamline's for the past 25 years, basically since the beginning of my retirement saving process. Though a small fish in a huge pond, the team at Streamline over the years has been absolutely wonderful. Always willing to answer my questions, assist with the things I need help with. They even reach out to me to see how I am doing. Tim, Dave, Matt and the team are top notch.All of this was reinforced during a recent visit I made to their offices. The first in several years. A beautiful and welcoming place, and Matt took great care of us during our time there. I certainly felt that our desires were heard, and suggestion were made for how we could move forward with our retirement planning.I would highly recommend Streamline to anyone looking for a Wealth Advisor or Financial planning company.

My wife and I are very happy we found Streamline Financial. We found the team, and our personal advisor, Sean, to be easy to work with and knowledgeable about wealth management and related tax issues. In addition, they take the concept "fiduciary responsibility" seriously, and we have always felt that they have our family's best interests at heart.

As a physician planning for retirement, I had diligently saved throughout my career and had taken advantage of many different hospital, group and individual plans to maximize savings. My last decade of earnings was increasing hard for me to keep track of the various products I had and how to keep the allocations straight in my head. Streamline helped me consolidate all these different buckets so it was much easier for me to understand. Also they were effective in eliminating some of the unintentional duplication of strategies I had in my portfolio. Previously much of our retirement was under management by a large regional bank management team, and the growth has done better with Streamline's management team without any increase in Beta.Biannual performance reviews are very helpful to us in reviewing/remembering past decisions we've made, and what changes if any we might consider.The office staff has been great at communicating and efficient in follow thru on portfolio actions.Having financial managers that understand our desire for generous use of what God has blessed us with, is in itself a blessing and has helped amplify what we are able to share.

Not only are they awesome people they are X-Streamly knowledgeable and certifiably credible. My wife and I have been client's for many years, we've been apart of their amazing growth. We've received great advice from a very caring and responsible staff, we couldn't be happier with the the personal service and expert advice throughout all these years. Our son and daughter-in-law are clients as well.
