It only takes one bad apple. Most of the staff is so pleasant and friendly and smiling. There’s just this one person behind the desk in the evening slumped over and you totally put her out if she hast to actually do something.You have to thank her, not the other way around!Ambassador

this was a good stay, but i unfortunately left my switch in the room and they did nothing to help. they didn't reach out unless i called and i'm pretty sure you can't miss a console that's not small it's the size of a phone well more bigger than that. just an awful experience with the service.Rooms: do not leave anything worth high value they will not give it back!

We stayed here over the Labour Day long weekend and would not hesitate to come back! Our rooms were clean, spacious and quiet. AC units are not noisy and the curtains are fairly good at blocking out any light. Shower pressure is great and the bathroom fan is also great at removing odours and moisture. The pool is great and was empty most days we were there. Although it’s not heated, it takes seconds to get used to the temperature. Full breakfast was included: waffles, oatmeal station with toppings, breads/bagels, cereals, sausage, scrambled eggs, fruit, milks and juices. Reception staff are all great, especially Victor! He made sure our rooms were adjacent and told us where all the key amenities were located. Thanks, Victor!!!Rooms: Our rooms were clean, spacious and quiet. We stayed here for 2 nights and it was great. Pool was clean, not to feeezing, and the hotel was SUPER CLEAN. I am super picky about cleanliness and this was top tier. Liz at the front desk was super nice. The night woman was super nice to helped me with laundry services. Overall, only downfall was I found old food by the fridge. I didn’t complain but it just gave me the ick.Safety: I felt safe and staff was nice, they all greeted me.Food & drinks: Breakfast was hot and yummy. Self serve bagels, cereal, and waffles.

Stayed here for a baseball tournament. The breakfast was free and really good. The room was large and had a fridge, microwave and sink. The beds were comfy. The TV worked fine. The pool is in an odd location, not a bad thing just took a second to fins. Fitness center is decent and has free water cooler. It's near some forest preserves. There is a super Target and tons of restaurants nearby. Staff was friendly.

Not my favorite hotel. First, I have never paid for parking at a suburban hotel with their own parking lot. The lobby is probably the best part of the hotel. My room smelled like smoke and mold. The tub was dirty and rusty. The room is very old and worn. The place has probably never been remodeled since it was opened. I would recommend another hotel in the area.

Went to Naperville, IL for work. I stayed here for 2 nights and it was nice, clean, spacious and friendly reception. Breakfast was included and was good with both hot breakfast and cold options. Many options, boiled and scrambled eggs, waffle, hot oats, bagel pastries, juices, cereals, nice coffee bar etcGreat location close to Target and a Large Lifetime Fitness gym.

Bit of a mixup on rooms when we checked in, but the receptionist was super helpful and we had no other hiccups to rest of our stay. Clean place! Tons of space in the room.

Disgusting. Bedbugs in room 609. Stains on carpet, linen and drapes. Foul odor. Dirty. Outdated. Checked out immediately and Forced to drive in a snowstorm to get home.

I enjoyed a long weekend with my 9yr old daughter and toddler Grand Boys. Our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. We'll definitely return when in need of a get away.

Wonderful staff, responsive and friendly. Very good breakfast with really good coffee. Actual location is tricky to get to with no direct access, but that doesn't keep away very noisy kids and their indifferent parents! Still, we'll be back.

We were able to check in early which was great. We returned from our family Christmas party to no water in our room. evidently a pipe burst. The lady behind the counter was fantastic and switched rooms which also had no water. The fire alarm went off and we were in the lobby for a good hour. The lady behind the counter was very calm and good at keeping everybody calm in a difficult situation. If it weren't for her then I would say the stay was horrible. We were able to return to our rooms and by the time we woke up the pipes were fixed and we were able to get ready for the Christmas party the next day. You can't fight mother nature but how you handle an issue is more important than the issue itself and she did great! I would give it 5 stars if not for the pipe-bursting incident.

Place hasn't been updated since built. Bathrooms are antiquated-shower,toilet and sink in need of replacement. Been staying here for at least 10years since daughter and grandkids live close by. Always hope for improvements that never happen. Terrible sausage sandwich and no eggs

This hotel smells like a mixture of mildew, fish, and a dirty litter box. The beds are very uncomfortable; after two nights in the beds even our kids’ backs hurt. The rooms are small. Do not recommend!
