“Staff has always been incredibly helpful and not just "selling pet supplies". They've offered me good advice for my cat, whether it was trying to find a food to help her gain weight or fixing a problem of peeing outside the litterbox. You can tell they're really caring and I appreciate their helpfulness.”

Not only do they provide top-notch grooming services, but they also give great tips for maintaining my dog's coat between appointments. The facility is clean, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Carter always leaves happy, and that's the most important thing for me.”
“This place is the best. Our dog, Milo, loves coming in to shop… and the staff is fantastic. Sonia, Amber, Brenda and Kathryn (apologies if I forgot anyone) always love on him when they see him. They’ve always got events going on for dogs, and they are always super helpful with finding and recommending stuff for Milo. If I could give more stars, I would. “This was my first experience at Two Bostons at Naperville and I was in awe when we came upstairs to take a look at the cat selection. I loved the architecture, cat decor, cat products, collars, and harnesses. The doggie treats were all very unique and looked delicious. The staff were very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. “It was our Alvin's first time at Kriser's. Amanda is the BEST! She has a genuine love for her work and does such and amazing job. She is extremely knowledgeable and her love for what she does really shines through. Alvin just loves her and so do we. It's been a week or so since his appointment and he still feels so soft. “I stopped in here today to get something for my beautiful pug, Toast. The store is very clean and has a lot of amazing inventory that a typical pet store doesn’t usually carry. The owner(i unfortunately didn’t catch her name) was incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable about all her products. I had a lot of questions and she was very happy to help me with everything I asked about! The little Pug, Bruce behind the counter just made my whole shopping experience so much more amazing. I will 100% be continuing to shop here for anything i need in the future. They have a lot of great meal toppers, treats, raw bones and other healthy and natural things for your pets including rabbits toes and chicken heads!! I went in for one thing and left with 8. Definitely shop here!!”

“First time in and I was greeted kindly by a woman behind the register. She gave me some advice on puppy treats and mentioned/ signed me up for their rewards program. Not only is the store nice and clean, but they’re also cheaper than the big box pet store across the street. They also tend to have harder to find brands, which is a plus! Will definitely be back.”

“Groomers at What The Fluff are AWESOME! Most definitely recommend. I have a 150 lb mastiff and he's been there twice now. First time for a bath and nails, now again for nails. Lets say he loves baths, but isnt very "cooperative" (to say the least) when it comes to his nails. They got the job done when I couldn't.Hes going in for a bath next week and setting up regular appointments with them for the future. Ive found our groomers!”

“This is simple the Best Pet Supplies Store hands down! The manager and the assistants are pro active in welcoming you and asking if you need help! They also know the product inside and out. Although I live 32 miles from this store when I'm near I make a stop! Am I the only person who enjoys buying Valentine cat toys for her clients. The girl Meah who works there proudly showed me the ones her cat loves! Together we oohed so cute at them all!”

“Terri has been the best with all my (4) dogs for years & my son & daughter-in-law's (5) dogs. Not only does she pamper the dogs, but if there is a medical issue with a pup, she loves them and cares for them GENTLY, possibly separates them form the others so they are not played with as much. Her idea of "no-cage" is the BEST. Dogs love socializing with the other dogs. Please don't ever stop what you are doing.”
