I will have to say Sid is awesome. I just recently ordered a custom set for my wedding coming up in January and there was a few hiccups but overall customer service was great and Sid went out of his way to make sure he had a satisfied customer.

Seller refused to issue a full refund for the plastic rose sent. These are the same roses available on Amazon for $40. I was hoping for a higher quality with a metal feel but that was not what I got. Save yourself some money and go to Amazon. Also do not be fooled by the custom engravings. These are little cards stuck on with double sided tape to plastic cases.

Polite customer service. They did not have the specific item I ordered but they called and offered me a substitution. Shipping was fast and item was well packaged and received intact.

I ordered a gift from Loveisarose for my parent's 50th wedding anniversary and it is simply gorgeous! The quality of the item is beyond my expectation and although we had all pieces engraved, they arrived within days after our purchase. Amazing!! This will be a keepsake for our family!

Purchased and received family plaque of a family tree with engraving associated with a 50th wedding anniversary. Included with the plaque were attachments to the tree to include all of my , children and grandchildren via magnetism. The discs and heart discs showed their name, DOB and birth stone. Once attached to family tree, the overall plaque was an excellent symbol of family.

We have ordered Anniversary Roses from them for the last 10 years. The roses are beautiful and the customer service is great. We will continue to order from them as long as we continue to have anniversaries or they have run out of the different colors.

Really satisfied with my order from Love Is A Rose. I bought the 2 silver roses for the 25th anniversary gift, and it came out perfectly as I wanted it. Really recommend Love Is A Rose in general if you want a simple, but elegant gifts. The customer service was also great. I had email exchanges with the seller because the seller wanted to make sure that my order is exactly the way I wanted it. Definitely would buy from them again.
