I have been with Lauzen accounting for about a year now. Best move I could have made with my business. Switching over from Quickbooks, which was fine for what I did for years to a real accounting service brought so much more of my business to light. They have a team that is dialed in and responsive. I have never heard a recoding on initial call but may have had to go to a voicemail for specific person occasionally. Each and every time I had an issue to discuss it was handled promptly and with great expertise. I would like to give a personal shout out to Julie, Lori, Mary, April and especially Keira and Mohammed who really taught me a lot and showed me all kinds of important aspects of my business. I could not be happier with their service and attentiveness toward my business and my personal comprehension of how all of this information ties together. Perfect fit for me. Thanks.
