Worst experience — not was the pedicure bad but I asked my nail tech for more square round on my left big toe because she shaped my right one too small. She proceeded to argue with me that my nails all looked the same and she didn’t see what I saw. Then offered me her nail filer so I can fix them when I got home…. If they looked great then why offer me tools to correct them? I told her I was dissatisfied with the service and nails and she said she wasn’t sure why.. now I have to try and fix this when I get home or pay to have someone fix them

I enjoyed coming here, but as of today, I am no longer a customer. I expressly told the pedicure girl that I wanted the basic pedicure, but in the end, I was charged for a more expensive pedicure and walked out needing to pay for it. I didn't want to argue with the front desk employee about it, but she wouldn't take my word for it. It's incredibly bad that they'd make me leave the place paying money I shouldn't have.

It was the best pedicure I have ever had! I was a walk-in. Walked in about 9:30. I said I wanted a dip and pedicure. Jason did my dip nails. Very good job. I then had my pedicure done. I don't recall her name, but I was so relaxed, and i fell asleep a little. Typically, I wouldn't, and my toes looked amazing when I woke up. I enjoyed their massage chair and quiet environment. I definitely will be back.

4th time review has been removed. . Horrible “over lay/fill in” acrylic is way too thick, and not applied good,color is coming off, tips are uneven. The pedicure was ok but the polish job, not so good. This was done Friday at 5/10 at 630pm.

Their no chip peels off like a sticker three days after getting them done. Unfortunate that I paid money for that

The nail techs there are pretty great! I love the different designs they have available. My only thing is when they have new people they may forget somethings. I just recently went for a mani pedi and had asked for the candle wax pedicure and if I wouldn't have said anything, I wouldn't have gotten the candle oil. The lady I had also had a hard time polishing my toe nails due to them being small. She was very nice but my toes didn't turn out how I'd hope. I'd still go back because they are so nice and my finger nails turned perfect! Unfortunately my toes don't match .... She tried and was super nice! I love Jazza nails!

I've been here several times for pedicures. They do a great job. Very comfortable chairs. Soothing environment and reasonable prices.

The elusive expanded and appeared to be well staffed. They did a great job on my manicure and it was priced reasonably. Highly recommended .

Bad bad bad experience. I never get my nails done but wanted to treat myself prior to a vacation. I came in today asking for a pedicure and a gel manicure. The woman doing my pedicure completely forgot about me and I had to ask more than once for a gel manicure. She also never used a base coat on my pedicure. The woman who "attempted" to do my gel manicure cut all of my nails off, down to nothing. I made her take it off and they still charged me. Disputing with my bank. This place is also covered in filth. Pass. I'll stick with press ons.
