Great place, Hotel staff professional & informative. Very knowledgeable about the local area. I noticed it was a family & pet friendly hotel. I would recommend the Hyatt Place to my out of town guest.

1st floor public bathroom was out of soap. Lobby is poorly lit and dark. Otherwise, all was good.

They are not cleaning the rooms and replacing the towels daily now. What other 'savings' will they introduce next? And how long before they reach the Motel8 level?
