Every pharmacist here has different dates when you can pick up your prescription and are belligerently rude to you on the phone and in person. I would get your medications elsewhere as they are unprofessional and rude. Unfortunately, I was hung up on today so I didn't catch this rude woman's name but I will post when I find out :)

I checked online and the website said the the pharmacy was open since 9 AM. I waited till 9:10 and nobody was there yet. I was in a rush, going to my appointment and i had to leave and come back again. This is unacceptable and disrespectful. I will be changing the pharmacy.

this woman is a liar unprofessional. my script is for 60 quantity.I was " suppose to be scheduled refill yesterday. I called CVS( target warrenville) this inhumane person said out of stock 60 we got 30 now i said fine just get it ready i will come get it. Every pharmacy other CVS's if they decide to do partial fill will give the remain 30 day later or 2. this criminal being lied jeopardized " the reputation of CVS pharmacy by lying saying first it's federal law then changed it to " cvs Law" which one is it? i paid good RX (cheaper) passive aggressive condescending at times. I'm traveling out of the US on the 7th of December. This is a 20 day " supply" she said also i can get the remaining 30 in 10 days from today. okay plz i'm no child here. Not only does this confuse my refills for the future. I was going to get a new refill by the time i'm flying out of the county for almost 4 weeks! i will be left with no rescue medicine ( in south America) I have a video of this interaction she should be envisaged and fired! she basically was saying who cares about your chronic migraines and suffering. That has send me to ER more then once over the years! i said i'll show my itinerary! that meant nothing to this horrible person! to say to me something d*** as this is " the law" or policy" i already asked my attorney if such thing is true?! no, it's not! because again my script says 60 quantity! the only reason i agreed to half is because she said this is what i have " today" expecting the next day the remaining of my script quantity is 60 expecting the remaining 30. im so disgusted on every level. It was her decision to put my health at risk today who caused a great amount of Anxiety and, distress but, also leaving me without my medication that i'm due it's my right to get the amount i'm supposed to. i paid it's not free! for anyone considering this place stay away find a better pharmacy.

This is the best pharmacy staff I have ever dealt with. They all know my name and seem to truly care about me. I hope the staff never changes.

Staffed was rude over the phone and unhelpful about flu shot/insurance causing needless trip to alternative CVS.

Pharmacy Manager, Nabila is amazing! Such a highly spirited, customer focused lady. She is always on top of every single client standing in front of her, even if they are not in line for pharmacy prescription.

Very true remarks regarding the male pharmacy tech mentioned in previous reviews. I haven't seen him working there lately...I wonder if he's finally moved on.

Getting an appointment was easy, and the nurse there was very friendly and helpful. It wasn't until later that I had a problem. I was allergic to what they prescribed me, and unfortunately, there is no direct number to call the clinic directly, it takes you to a call center that re-routes you somewhere on the East coast. I couldn't get ahold of anyone, I waited 3 separate times on the phone for over 40 minutes and had to give up. I had to stop my meds thanks to my tongue swelling up and breaking out in hives. My primary physician is trying to help but the clinic never sent them the results so they don't know the specifics. I have gone almost a week without meds in terrible pain with no one to contact. No one has tried to call me back either after being transferred and then forgotten. Next time just suck it up and go to your regular doctor if you have any sort of sensitivities to meds.

You can do better. Just avoid this place. Had a medication question after a mediocre visit experince where the nurse was more interesred with averages then my numbers, that are much higher than my regular temp average. So i spend 45 min on the phone waiting and no one picks up. I call Target where the clinic is to know that actually they don't have a person responsible for answering the phone. So i call CVS coustemer care after being transfered 3 times to wrong departments the operator say that she's transferring me to a cvs clinic rep. 30 min later i hangup without being able to reach the nurse or complain about the servise. In short try to avoid going to the CVS Minute Clinic at all costs. It's fake medical service.

I came in last week for a simple question about a behind the counter sudaphed and was greeted with the rudest and worst manned employee. I think she was the technician but I've never had this experience with any other target employee. They've always been so nice and very willing to help. I'm clearly sick, I just have a quick few questions, I'm sorry for inconveniencing you to do your job for a few minutes. I'm still so appalled by her behavior, I just can't believe how she acted. I'll be skipping this portion of the Target store next time and going elsewhere for my medication.
