When we arrived, we had to yell "hello" several times to get the attention of the customer serv. rep that was hidden behind a big partition wall in the front. The 1st room smelled like wet dog & I am highly allergic to pets. The 2nd room was comfortable, quiet, and dark, but we were not able to get the extra pillows we requested because there was only 1 available and it looked like it had been in a pillow-fight and was flat and misshapen. The parking lot was full of potholes, and upon check out, we were hit with a $5 pkg fee. There are NO hotels in this area (it's a little off the beaten path) that charge parking fees. Had to yell "hello" again since no personnel are visible at the desk upon check out. Not a great experience, and the parking fee was uncalled for.

There were stains on the furniture and walls. The tvs in our room didn't work. The lamp had a bulb hanging from a wire.We left 20 minutes after checking in. I've never seen such a gross hotel room.I called to get a refund and they wouldn't issue one.The hyatt across the street is clean and has a free breakfast for the same price.

Victoria is the most helpful and friendliest person at the front desk and overall great with directions and always has a smile on her face she's wonderful this place would fall apart without her she is amazing she is truly the bestAlso Lisa in housekeeping is the best housekeeper and so friendly she keeps the rooms and the hotel looking spotless and clean at all times she is truly a wonderful asset as well as Victoria thank you for having them both here!!!!..Nearby activities: Not far from movie theater Target and other nearby restaurants and stores and the shopping mall

We were waiting to move to new house had to stay at hotel. The staff was great at Sonesta especially Joanne the manager. It was a stressful time for us. She went above and beyond to help us She should be the standard for all managers I can’t thank her enough and I recommend staying there to any oneRooms: The room was clean and bright

Reserved a room with points. They charged me anyway, didnt send a receipt or invoice, then refused to fix it even when the reservations department had confirmed it was paid for with points. I also had at least 3 screenshots and emails showing the nights were supposed to be free, plus the points being withdrawn from my account. I don't care who can or cannot issue the refund, in this day and age most people can't have hundreds of dollars held up by a false transaction especially when they are actively traveling. Will likely never stay at a Sonesta hotel again due to poor customer service. If they can have a 24 hour hotline for reservations they can do the same for customer support.Edit: Day 2 of trying to get a refund and apparently the only person who can issue one is the GM. Been told 3 different things at this point - GM will be back in the morning, call customer support for a refund, GM wont be in until the next day. Having an insanely hard time believing they are the only person in the entire company has the ability to issue a refund. If thats the case then they need to fix their customer service, or lack there of. They are holding up almost $500 in money we needed to get home and use stays in other areas. Thanks for stranding us, Sonesta!

1. It is not as clean as it looks in the photos.2. First room stank; they did move us right away, which we appreciated.3. Plating for four, so plan ahead if you plan to invite anyone over.4. They charge you for parking, even though there's no place else to park; what's worse, they don't tell you, even when you ask what the $100 incidentals deposit is for.5. No bathroom fan; not a deal-breaker, but would be nice.6. Ask for toilet paper on your way in as there's only the roll on the dispenser.7. Side entrances smell like wet dog.8. Amazed they had stainless steel pots (the pan was that horrible Teflon garbage); most AirBnbs don't even have that!9. We had the one-bedroom suite which is well laid out, and comfortably appointed.10. If you plan to cook - remember there is no oven, just a stove-top (if you're of the uneducated masses who uses a microwave, you're all good).11. A friend stayed in a separate room, so not our reservation, but worth sharing. His toilet clogged up and he called the front desk. Their response? "Come and get a plunger."

This review is more about Joanne at the front desk. Even though the rooms are nice for the price and the location is great! Joanne went above and beyond to help me get situated into my room on a last minute walk in request. She was very helpful and understanding. My day was already falling apart, and she helped pull it back together with top-notch customer service! Traveling during the holidays can be stressful. Thank you, Joanne, for being so helpful and understanding! We need more like you in the customer service world!

Very nice hotel for the price. Centrally located for the area. They accept dogs. It did not smell musty or like cheap carpet shampoo. My room was very clean. Not "grandma clean" but very clean. There was no fan in the bathroom and some of the metal bits in the bathroom were rusted due to lack of ventilation. There was hard water depositions on the shower head that made the water pressure only acceptable. Outside of those two issues (which are minor) I was very happy with my stay. I had two small dogs with me and the people that worked there were helpful with my luggage. My hands were full. The place is secure. It's in a good area. Cops come by every Sunday morning to make sure that all is well at the hotel. I have to be in the area about 4-6 times a year. I will book this at this hotel.

RENTER BEWARE: Before you make a reservation at this place, beware of how you’ll be treated.I reserved this room through AirBnb’s host RoomPicks. Due to a family emergency, I could not arrive on the date originally planned. I asked RoomPicks to change my arrival date, and they said they could not do that due to their cancellation policy. I asked if they would give my room away if I arrived a couple of days late, and they said they would not. When I arrived a couple of days late, my room had been given away and there were none available. I had to find another hotel that night. I asked RoomPicks for a refund since they had given my room away. And they said they couldn’t help me because of their cancellation policy. Even though they had agreed to keep my room for me. So, I lost my money and had to pay more for a different hotel. And I lost my room for that night. And everyone refuses to make any concessions, even though they are the ones who did not fulfill a promise, all because of a cancellation policy.I typically add reviews here when I’m thrilled with service and handle times when I’m not excited about the service privately. In this case, other renters should be aware of how they’ll be treated before they make a reservation so they don’t get in a situation like this after things go wrong.

The cleaner stole my 60 dollar fresh food, and told me she threw away. , I just reported to police. The hotel infected with kids taking different kinds of drugs. Drug’s smell every where . Please be careful about this

Safe area near business district very modern and spacious design. Welcoming and empathetic. Preferred over extended stay. No continental breakfast/light snacks, water, only draw back.Rooms: Rooms are beautiful and clean. Has a kitchen and long spacious desk. I would bring some ear plugs if you’re sound sensitive because I can hear people walking above me.Nearby activities: Business district, very nice area if you do not like seclusion and want security.Safety: Very safe. Staff is usually here.

First I would like to shout out Anthony for being able to accommodate our stay in such short notice. Both Lisa and Anthony was very welcoming and assisted with my check in. Thank you both for making my stay stress free. The room was nicely setup, clean and set with dishes. Next time I’m in town I’ll stay there again! Highly recommended!

The staff was always kind and informative. We did have charge discrepancies on our card due to checking out early but when I called to have it fixed, they were very happy to help and fix the issue and in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend someone to stay there.
