Our business has been here for several years and we really like the professionalism of the staff, appearance of the space, location of the office, and getting to know the other tenants. Our clients often comment about how much they appreciate Nancy and Stephanie at the front desk. The ladies go above and beyond being helpful to us and our clients. US Pro has been a tenant here since 2010. We have expanded over time and have enjoyed two different units in the building, so we offer additional insight into smaller and larger space.First and foremost, AmeriCenter is located in a beautiful location in a business corridor that offers aesthetic amenity to us as a business. When customers visit, they always say "This is a great location". So the building itself is located in an area which adds value to your business reputation- sort of a free perk of being a tenant here I guess.The building itself is probably around 20 years old if that. Yet, if is well maintained and has this professional appeal to it. Its not one of those lobbies you walk into and you feel like your in 1981. So that too is a plus.The people are the best part of AmeriCenter- both the staff and the tenants alike. We have been here so long I feel like I am growing old with Nancy, our receptionist. What a delight she is to me and to all of us who lease here. Pleasant and friendly and responsive and consistent. Its just really fantastic.Stephanie, our center manager, she is rock and roll made new. Seriously and for real- she is energetic and vibrant and filled with a huge cup of outgoing. We appreciate her as a no longer new but newest staff member here at AC.The other people are the tenants. So as a small business, the other owners or workers of the other small businesses that populate the building become your everyday friends. We all know each other by name, and it is like working in a bunch of divisions for one big company. Well, I guess it is more of a family.All I can tell you is this. I love it here. I wont leave here unless I move out of the state. Nice office building. My financial advisor must rent an office there because this is where I meet them for all our meetings. The ladies at the front desk are always really nice too.
