“I only used their Wellprint service for TSA background check, they don't care about the appointment times and will take you immediately if not serving another customer. They only want to know you've actually made an appointment. In and out in 10 minutes 90 minutes before my appointment.”
“Always great service and honest people. They will help you package your products and use the most efficient methods if possible. The value is worth the trip in instead of driving around to different places to ship as they ship through all major services (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc). I have always just requested the basic shipping services and the service has always been top notch and everyone is always so polite and professional.”

“The employees, Rainer and Rachal, are very friendly and professional.I was grateful to be able to print an important document at the last minute with no other known means to print.That being said, each sheet of paper is $0.25 to print black & white, whilst it's $0.75 for each color sheet. There is also a flat service fee of $2.50. I get that we just got out of a pandemic, and inflation is a reality, but I remember not too long ago that it was $0.10 per page and no service fee. Seems a little high and next time I will find an alternative or just plan better.”

She also told me that because of where the store is located and my son's address are close, that my package would arrive the next day. This was great information to have. My son is college student so we will be sending more packages. The cost was also lower than I expected.”

“I can't thank you folks over at the Gurnee store enough! I would especially like to thank Brittney for such wonderful customer service. I have been working on a special printing/laminating project for a couple weeks and they were wonderful helping me out the first time around. However, I needed to go back for an additional page I had added to the project. I live about 30 minutes away, and I didn't want to make the drive, so I figured I would go to UPS that's down the street from me, big mistake!!! They weren't able to help me out, they were short handed and just a really bad experience all around. I then went back to FedEx and Brittney greeted me right away when I walked in, just like they had greeted me the first time I went. She then proceeded to ask me what I needed and to show me how I could do it myself. But when she realized I was not going to be able to do it on my own, she went and did it for me. Something that UPS, just let me struggle and didn't help me out!!! Additionally, I saw that as I was driving away Brittney was going on her lunch break, so I think she postponed her break a little in order to help me out!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH Brittney!!!”

And he is always extremely patient with me when doing all my Amazon returns and figuring out which codes are for what and is always just a pleasant and happy person. I will always go to this UPS as it’s always great service.”

“Excellent service. Friendly staff. All my visits from returning Amazon items to shipping family antiques to California have been positive. We did have to submit one claim for a chipped foot on a very large ceramic piggy bank. The store submitted the claim and kept us informed on the progress. Since we had them pack the item, we received our shipping costs back plus insurance money to have the chipped foot repaired.”
