“I was expecting the delivery of my baby's urn today. The tracking information was stating that it was out for delivery but also was ready for pick up. I explained to the gentlemen what I was expecting and he asked for a few minutes. He immediately called back and said it was on a truck, but the driver was bringing it directly to me. I'm not sure who I spoke to, but my family and I are so grateful for your kindness and the importance put behind the delivery of something so special to our family!”
“I typically frequent other USPS locations due to the more limited hours at this branch. However, given the great customer service at this location, I try to work around the hours and use this branch. Everyone is always friendly and greets patrons with a smile. I have also noticed how they establish relationships with customers and often know them by name and vice versa. I was recently provided EXCELLENT service by Tondro. In addition to being friendly, he went over and beyond to assist me, including helping me find the best value for my money. He was also proactive in assessing my needs, and made suggestions without me having to ask. It is rare to find this level of customer service anymore, so I am truly grateful!”
“I must say, this is by far the best Post Office that I have ever visited. Ms. Stephanie is a joy to be around. She is sweet, funny, and has great customer service. “Do you have a place you like going because of the friendly and knowledgeable staff? I do, and it is my local post office. Whenever I need to go buy stamps or put tracking on an order, anticipation takes over as I get on my way to my local post office. Usually really quiet when I show up but sometimes there is a line. It's okay though, that's life. Lines are just opportunities to make new friends which is something I am thankful for. When it is finally my turn however, I am always greeted by smiles, my business gets their full attention, and we enjoy friendly banter while going about it. The transaction includes and we bid our farewells before I make it out of the post office as another satisfied customer (sometimes I get to make more friends with other customers in line as well which I am very grateful for).”
“It all depends on a combination of when you visit the post office and how many people happen to be there as far as how pleasant your visit will be. If you're getting a passport you need to make an appointment.”

I literally bypass two post offices that are closer to my home to come to this location only because I know Laura will provide the absolute best help and service.”
