I had a flat, couldn’t figure out how to release Spare - im a senior, it was hot - young man at counter heard my story and came out and got it for me - he was also very professional with other customers- today 6/26 1 o’clock

Just wanted to buy a fountain drink. On 5/26/24 at 5:30 I walked in to buy a fountain drink. There was signage saying “no ice”. So I walked over to McDonald’s side and thought about getting ice there; since the two are connected. I heard the lady say sir. Didn’t even walk inside McDonald’s.
I walk back to the gas station Bp side. And pay for my drink. Then black lady says, you can’t leave without paying. I replied that I wasn’t trying to steal anything. And I hear the black male clerk say to me, “ you do this to at all stores.” In a condescending tone.. I pay and walk away. These two are clowns and need to find another job asap. Oh btw this is not a marketplace! It’s a gas station!

Bobbi was really rude and had a really sassy attitude. I don’t know if she was having a bad day but it’s really not a way to deal with people.

Customer service is ridiculous. Employees (1 male 1 female at 3:30pm today) don’t have a clue as to what it is they’re doing or supposed to be doing.

The woman working at this gas station made my day. She was so nice and professional.
