They did great work. Price was very reasonable. Would recommend to anyone. Great people to work with and they listen to you and address all your concerns. They also have insurance adjusters on site.

Working with Platinum Auto Body in Volo IL was completely painless and as easy as it gets. My 2020 F150 Lariat was hit and undriveable but Rob took on the challenge and cleaned up the truck in a timely and professional manner. He continuously took pictures and kept in touch with me, updating me through the process. I will never take my vehicles anywhere else, this is the place for all of your auto needs. Great service, great communication throughout the process, would highly recommend. It was a very nice experience especially after the difficulty of dealing with the insurance customer service- platinum auto body was the exact opposite: extremely helpful, knowledgeable and did great work!

Because I have limited experience with auto body shops I wasn't sure what to expect. I leaned heavily on reviews such as this one. I made an excellent choice with Platinum Auto Body in Volo. Rob and Lillian could not have made me more comfortable with the process short of chamomile tea and a foot rub. They walked me through the steps and kept me informed the whole time. I was expecting three or four weeks, they finished the repairs and returned my car spotless and perfect in 7 days. In a perfect world I will never need an auto body shop again but that is not the world we live in and these people will be my first call and I recommend they are your first call.

After fixing $5,000 worth the damage to my front bumper it didn't excellent job within a week it was fixed everything was cleaned inside and out amazing experience and to go with some cookies

Is very poor quality, The owner has very poor attitude, they literally missed a section of paint and then played stupid when I brought it back. They completely destroyed a brand new battery in my car by leaving it on and not charging it but just continuously jumped it. There's nothing but circle marks all over the car from where they took the pen and mark the imperfections where they weren't even gonna do the repair. And not counting you can totally see a whole bunch of oversprey. But ultimately the icing on the cake was me getting pulled over because they never hooked my headlight or fog lamp back in...garbage work.Services: Body & Trim
