Not happy at all with the install the service seem to be working ok except with my cell phone I cannot go online in my house on my cell phone if I have their service on. for the install the two guys couldn't get out of here fast enough they left about 10 ft of cable thrown behind my TV and another 5 to 10 ft outside rolled up and zip tied so it looks pretty bad . There's no trees on my property just sloppy install from you and I did call your office about the install and no has called me back. So the company who installed my antenna fixed everything for us. Very sad.

Who do you believe? David Meade, Jimmy Slein, and Patman 33 are all the same client. These guys shared a connection and more than tripled the plan usage allotment. After repeated calls and emails that were all ignored we were forced to slow their connection down in order to get their attention. We finally get a call on the Saturday following the slow down from the client. The client was abusive and continued to deny receiving notification of abuse or even abusing their connection. In the past we pretty much ignored the usage caps, but in the new world Covid-19 has put us in, fair and equal access to the internet in very important. People are working from home and children are distance learning. A group of irresponsible gamers that are affecting a whole tower site needed to be stopped. Look at the other reviews. We have hundreds of happy clients.

Ive had open air wireless for about a few months now, and the disrespect i have received from matt plus the mediocre quality of the service is absolutely unacceptable for a "professional" business. on top of this, a few of my friends also had open air wireless. but have switched to much better services because of the absolute horrible quality of open air wireless. the worst part of all of this is that they left bad reviews on here, but those reviews have since been removed by matt! i (and my friends who had their reviews deleted by matt) would NEVER recommend this service, even if your life depended on it.

Owner is rude and argues with customers rather than helping fix the problem. Look no further than the way he replies to customers who leave reviews. Definitely recommend any other provider if you have options.

Matt and his team work hard and are all very professional! We live in the black hole of Richmond, IL. We had Frontier for many years and cancelled after horrible service. Matt came over and his crew worked hard and got us a good signal. Thanks for everything! Now my son can E-learn with no problem!

Very rude owner, disrespectful right off the bat. Claimed to call and email us repeatedly about going over our usage even though we recieved zero calls and 1 email. Not to mention that we have no way to monitor our internet usage. He then proceeded to stop our internet to a screeching hault without any notification and hang up on us during a telephone inquiry. 100% do not reccomend

Extremely bad customer service. Was rude and unhelpful as soon as he answered the phone. Lied and said we received multiple emails and phone calls about our data plan when we only received 1 email a week before he randomly shut down our internet. His email stated they would contact Us but instead we had to contact him to resolve the situation and he hung up on us. Verbally aggressive about how we went over our allowance while not giving us a way to monitor our usage.
