Workers are nice, they will always be willing to bargain however the vapes aren't the best. Sometimes there's issue with the vapes. I just bought a posh plus 3000 puffs yesterday 10/27/2023 and it hasn't been 24 hours and my vape taste burnt, like there's no flavoring it just taste like burnt coil. I'm hoping I can get an exchange. If not I think I'm done wasting my money with monster cloud vape and cigar shop. I will post an update and let you folks know if they're willing to allow me to exchange my vape due to malfunctions.

Great selection but Cigars are way over priced. Went some factory smoked sweets. 5$!! A cigar and 70$ for a pack. Binnys is half that price. 2.35 a cigar and 43$ for a pack. Binnys is your best bet for cigars. Also binnys gives military/first responders discount.

People have no respect that work there especially the lady I believe she is the owner sooo RUDE!!!!! She is a taller indian woman and when I was in a few months ago she actually rolled her eyes at me when I asked about the extra charge if you don't pay cash. So here is all the creditability you asked for. And if you want more creditability the gentleman was doing something in the back while 2 customers were waiting to get taken care of and he knew we were there because he said you guys have to wait???

Customer since they opened. About 2 months ago l purchased a disposable at the staff recommended for around $17. When l got home and tried it, it was terrible. Went back and store would do nothing. BTW, they never tell you this but they add a 3% service charge if you don't pay with cash.
