After filling out the mail slip of who all lives in household for mail to be recieved and who doesn’t live here. We still keep getting peoples mail that USED to live here. WHY?

Normally I don’t have any complaints BUT two important packages were dropped off at the wrong house today. THANK THE LORD for the honest person who came and dropped them off at my house. Here lately I have received mail belonging to several people down the whole street. I’m not sure what’s going on but delivering packages to the wrong house is not acceptable. Glad they didn’t get stolen!

I've had two packages in the last week get delivered to the wrong house. I have received mail from basically the whole street but not my own. I've had the flag on my box up to send bills out and they were left in the box not picked up for delivery. I'm thankful that my packages were received by an honest person who returned them.

I kinda reached my breaking point and decided to leave a review. We've been receiving someone else mail, we get a payment from someone which is suppose to go to the bank and it's a po box, we've been getting for a long time now and we always take it back and tell them but they keep delivery it to our house. Then today I had experience the worst customer service, I go to mail a package and the two workers were talking to each other and didnt say hello or anything to me. Just took the package scanned it and handed my receipt all while talking to each other. That was horrible and I've worked customer service!!!!! I should give 1 star but I'm a nice person
