3 times they have been out here. The first time they took the excess fiber optic and just hung it up on the pole. They then had to come out and fix it. Yesterday we called about the fact they buried the water meter access. When I dug it up I noticed the fiber optic is about 2 inches down when it's supposed to be 12 to 24 to protect it. They came out and just threw dirt back over the meter. In the process they knocked the Meter cover off and piled dirt into the water meter hole. I have called but until they come out and fix this issue the proper way. This review will remain.

I have been paying for my cable service for 7 months. I've had three technicians here on 5 separate occasions and not once has everything worked the way it's supposed to. I have to unplug and then plug the cable box back in on a daily basis. Most of the casscom people are very nice. Just wish they could figure out the problem.

Very happy with CASSCOMM service! Just got off the phone with making changes to my plan and worked with Jessica. She was a peach and a first class represenative - Thanks again, Jessica.Note: Been with CASSCOMM for several years and prior them the service was awful. Everytime I have had an issue I am able to reach someone locally on the phone and issues are addressed.

Have been having disconnections for over half a year now, I've called about the problem was never given an answer. I was also told I would get a call back, and never did. They even told me on the phone someone else had reported the same issue. Nothing has been fixed. It will say that I am connected to the internet but I will not have any connection at all for a span of a couple seconds to 10+ minutes and it happens throughout the day multiple times. I have not gotten any response to my email after saying I'd get a response within 1 business day, it has been a week. Customer service is kind, but they do not provide any solution. I understand if you do not know off the top of your head the solution to a problem and I am not expecting them to, but to be an internet providing company and you cannot provide a constant connection for over half a year now is ridiculous.

I am not happy with the service at Cass Comm! Snicarte has been without internet for 3 weeks! Every time neighbors and I call, which has been DAILY, they keep saying they are waiting for a part to put on tower and they have no clue when/where it was ordered from or where it is at now? Can you not track the shipment of part? Two weeks ago, they said they were waiting for someone to climb the tower to find out what was wrong! Literally, it took several days to get someone to climb because only 1 person is able to climb and according to office, he has been back logged! Is coverage bad everywhere if there is a backlog?? We are just wanting our service back! Cass Com- Do Better!!

Left me a wrong..an impartial number to call the manager..owner...and got hung up on seeking to pay and cancel service too add in my name....got dial tone. Remember it's karma in cycles preventing someone from having internet worse than impeding my movements .the.lady hanging uo on Philly needs serious physiological treatment.

Damaged the siding on my house installing new fiber optic line. I settled with getting free internet service for a year. Four months later and I received a termination notice for an unpaid bill. They decided to start billing me for the modem unbeknownst to me. I called customer service, talked to a manager, and was given a ridiculous justification about why I would continue to be billed.And they are lying in their response to my initial review. I did not add any additional services. They installed new fiber optic line that I did not request. A new router/modem/plume or whatever they want to call it HAD to be installed in order to use the service. As a customer whose personal property was damaged because of this company's negligence, I am not happy with how they handled this. Their customer service is terrible, and Jennifer their manager is probably the worst one of all. I won't get into all the details, but trust me, this is a company you do not want to deal with. Just look at their reviews!

Trash service, it's like a light switch, on and off, and when it does go down for a long period of time don't waste your time trying to contact anyone. It'll either be a busy signal like they took the phones off the hook, or you'll get some rude person who hates their job and takes it out on customers.

They said they have to charge $25 for a field tech to stop by to pick up a payment from a bedridden customer recovering from surgery, that can't make it to the bank to deposit the money to make a payment electronically. Ridiculous when the tech would be in my town anyway.. Also where is that fiber optic service you have been promising Manito for the past 2 years? This company sucks, but Manito is a two-horse town where the other internet provider is even worse.

Had WiMax wireless. Way over priced for the speed. If you have any issues it takes them weeks to get anyone out to fix it. On starlink now, 6x the speed for the same price and reliable.
