Love the staff here. The Vets are good of course, but the girls there run the show. Anna is amazing! I always feel like I'm being taken care of when she's there!

I love this Place. When I worry about my pet they always assure me my babies will be fine. The care is unbelievable. I would drive a couple hours to get this care. The staff and Dr's are awesome. I will take my pets no place but here. So should you. TRUST ME

Called ahead to make sure the clinic would be open because my animal needed seen, and an appointment couldn’t be made until a later date. It was confirmed over the phone that I could bring my animal. I drove a long distance to make sure my animal would be seen and cared for, as surrounding clinics are booked out as well. Upon arrival I was denied and they said they had cancelled their clinic for the day out of respect for a funeral. This was posted on Facebook an hour before I had arrived. Why did no one reach out, or let me know on the phone less than 24 hours before when I called? This made my sick animal distressed from having to ride a long distance in a car, and wasted my time and gas. I understand grievances and respect that; but what I don’t respect is the extremely unprofessional way staff went about this, and how rude they were upon my arrival and telling me this. Do not take your animals here. This is not the first time I have had a negative experience with customer service. The woman at the desk was extremely rude and unprofessional.

I could not get into this place, they were not taking new costumers, but I have drove there twice lately for my friend's dog and another her kitty, this is a great.olace they are wonderful there

So was super thrilled to have a vet that would take payments to get my sick baby back to being herself. Now am super livid that they literally drained my bank account even though I had set up every other week payments. Now and have absolutely zero in money not even gas money for work how the hell can I pay them if I can't make it to work. Not to mention my dog was covered in her own filth and so called medicine well seriously if you think I'll pay for this then you don't deserve a veterinary degree .

They let my dog sit there for 3 days and did nothing except let him suffer. Why? Because I had my girlfriend take him there and she owes them money. They still charged us over 100 for doing nothing.

So we had a little kitten that ended up passing away and even though we didn't have enough money to go to most places this veterinary clinic had the lowest price and they were very nice people they gave us back our little kittens ashes in a very lovely tin. The atmosphere was lovely and they even had a little cat that was wondering around checking on everyone. Honestly as my first experience going to a place like this it was very pleasant and I felt cared for.
