Anytime I need something quick and unique. I use the wildflower patch because it’s a great place.
She always has different options for gifts, Mother’s Day weddings, funerals, and her prices are very affordable. They go above and beyond my expectations. everyone there is very friendly and they are very knowledgeable when it comes to flowers, plants and they always make great suggestions.

I would not recommend. I have had my 4th poor interaction last week. The owner is rude. Doesn't appear to be helpful. The final trip I made (as I will NOT go back) is this: I was wanting 6 small flower arrangements for tables at a baby shower. I went in on Wednesday and the shower was Saturday. This was a last minute decision to decorate with. I went in wanting yellow, blue and white flowers in an arrangement. I explained I didn't care what the flowers were. I was told that those were spring colors and wouldn't find them anywhere. I should have told them sooner and maybe they could have gotten them through their vendor. When I said I would figure something else out and went to leave I was told good luck because they are spring flowers and everyone would have fall color flowers. I called a florist in Carlinville and they happily carried out my request. Poor customer service and interaction.

I was completely appalled by the way I was treated. I paid for flowers to be delivered to my widowed mother on Valentine’s Day. None were delivered. When I called to see what was going on she told me she wasn’t sure but could deliver them the next day. I told her that wouldn’t work because my mother was leaving town. She then said, “then why does it matter? If she is leaving town they will just sit there and die.” That is irrelevant and ridiculous! I paid for a service and did not receive it! When I requested a refund she was very rude, agreed to refund my money, and literally hung up on me! I wouldn’t give this locally owned family ran business another penny! I grew up here and try to shop local but I will never go there again!

I needed a very quick order sent to a funeral. I called and they delivered a plant within 30 minutes. So impressed .
