Had dealt with George in the past with good result but just tried to buy a Ford Explorer and was told one price Friday and now on Monday on my way to close they tell me they can’t do that price

They talked up a service contract i made a mistake and bought it then Shane told me he couldn't get on the website to cancel it. After 15 days and the third trip to check on the progress and there was none so while I was there I called the number on the contract he had and got someone immediately. Shane only had to e-mail them to get a link. Needless to say I won't be back.
