They take a while to answer phones. I have been wanting a windshield put in for over two months now, never came out. They came out once only to tell me that I had to remove some of the gunk around the windshield frame and to call when I was done. (While they were out there, guy was rude and not professional with language, lots of profanity). So I did, then it was raining (understandable) and it got kind of chilly, (understand because weather strip has to be fairly warm to work properly). They then told me it has to be at least 80. It was 85 one day and I called, they were all in the office and now it's too hot? Nah. I went with a different company.

I had a portrait fall off the wall and shattered the glass front. I dropped it off, and picked it up the next day. Looks beautiful, and very reasonable price !!! Thank You K&W Glass Co.
