Kudos to Jamie's for not succumbing to the artificially grown diamond industry. They would rather turn down a sale in order to uphold their commitment to selling genuine precious stones and the highest quality jewelry. They are the REAL DEAL and if they don't want to sell lab grown diamonds then more power to them.

Working with Kelly and Cliff has been a wonderful experience. They are very knowledgeable and have been able to guide me along with numerous choices in my jewelry collection. My partner is getting an engagement ring made. We are adamantly going with a lab diamond, and wanted to go with a local jeweler to keep money in the community. Given the modern look and forward-thinking approach to Jamie's marketing, we thought they'd be a good jeweler to check with. When he inquired with Jamie's, he got a very curt response that they have no interest in working with lab-created stones. Seems like a ploy to make more money to me. If you're budget-conscious or an ethical consumer looking for ethically-created stones, don't waste your time. Luckily every other jeweler he inquired with has no issues accommodating the customer's requests.

Jamie’s is an amazing business. Cliff and the other employees are friendly and helpful. Kelly’s custom work is second to none. Her design skills are top notch.
