Called in to find out what time the dumpster would be picked up today. Said it couldn’t be picked up as it wasn’t scheduled. Problems scheduling the dumpster from the first phone call. Pick up was scheduled at the same time as drop off scheduled. Was never told I would need to call in again to schedule pick up nor that there would be a pick up fee. Driver never gave me an option for dumpster placement and dropped off the 30yd dumpster right in front of my garage blocking my vehicle inside. I have no way to leave my house for errands or for work. I’m being held hostage by this company as they won’t come pick it up. Will never use them again & will tell everyone I know not to use them. If there was an option for a zero star I’d give that to them.Services: Junk removal

This company serves the city, but i would never in a million years want them anywhere around my house. They constantly crush the curb with their trucks and almost alwasy leave behind a third of the trash they're supposedly dumping all over the road and sidewalk. This is obviously a company that could care less about their paying customers.

Flowers sanitation does not answer their phone. Instead they put their customer on hold until it is their turn only to hang up on them repeatedly. They missed our trash and I have no way of notifying rhem. They only provide a phone number for contact and there is no way to leave a message.

I am VERY disappointed with this service! We use it at our place of business and they refuse to send a regular truck for our regular trash bin..instead they have us take our trash bin down to the dumpster so they can dump it in the dumpster to empty.. than have us put our trash bin back. We now cant even get them to dump our trash bin. Every monday morning I put it down at the dumpster and than they argue that it wasnt there when they came to pick up. I am tired of dealing with this trash service at this point and I WOULD NOT recommend them to anyone!

Top notch company and drivers ! Left Waste Management because they did not pick up my garbage for weeks . Waste management was claiming there was a driver shortage. Started doing business with flowers sanitation and found that if they’re short a driver they pick up the garbage the next day. Not weeks or months like waste management. Top-notch drivers top-notch company! Thank you!Service: House/garage cleanout

They decided not to listen to the customers recommendation Of placement of the dumpster.Chose to block Both of my doors so it was definitely a fire hazard. And then had to call them five times just to get stuff Somewhat straightened out and then they decide to talk about customers behind their backs and then when they send the drivers to pick up dumpsters and they decide to get Violently confrontational towards customers.This is not a company that I would ever recommend for anything.Service: General junk removal

Don't expect good customer service, because, even after I have been a customer that pays in advance for 2 years they failed me. I rented a roll off dumpster for the first time, and their policy is to notify you of the fees within the first 1min of the conversation and to NEVER mention the fees again, even at the end of the phone call I repeated back the costs and size, and its not their policy to repeat fees, since "they expect whoever calls to have a pen and paper ready to write down what ever they say" that is what I was told on the phone by a manager. It is shady the way they slide in their additional fees, and lack of compassion while talking on the phone. Attached are screen shots of requesting a manager to call be about the invoice with the additional fees listed, and how it took them 20 days to give me a call, when I listed my cell phone number in each email.Unfortunately, this is the only garbage service in my area and I am VERY disappointed in their practices.Service: General junk removal

Owner of the company Roger Flowers had some friends removed by the police, they were taken care of a friend Author Leslie Moore who had terminal cancer, Passed away Tuesday Dec 3rd, The personal and Household belongings are being locked up and kept away from them, Roger was suppose to be a friend to Les Moore but had a falling out with him over a month ago and had not went back to check on his dying friend until 5 days before his death, then he decided he would call the police on a resident who for the past year had lived with Les Moore ( Michael Devries ) who was one of 2 people taking care of Les and who was like a son to him, his best friend was taken to jail for a warrant then 20 minutes later the Virden police came back and told the 2nd caregiver ( Tammy W) that if she didn't sign a no trespass and leave she would go to jail, she was made to leave her residence for over a month at the request of ( deceased) Author Les Moore begged her to move back in to take care of him because he was dying! She was made to stand out in the street in the freezing cold by Virden Police , Roger Flowers and Daughter Fran Flynn, Everything she owned was kept by these people who broke the wishes of this dying man! The Daughter Fran said it was Roger Flowers the owner of Flowers Sanitation who had the police come in, What gives him the right ? They have recently got a lawyer and is going to sue all parties involved! The owner of Flowers Sanitation what a Friend Les What a Friend ?????

They refused to pick up my trash because the check arrived the day after they were here. The due date was 1/1 which of course is a holiday. The check was mailed 1/2. When I called them they told me I would have to wait a week, with all my Christmas trash, until they came around again because they didn't have anyone in the area, yet I saw their truck just a few blocks away. They just didn't want to come get it. I always pay 2 months at a time so they get one before it's due and one a full month early. I won't be doing that anymore and the next time they don't pick up my trash I'll be going with someone else.
