Workers are simply great here. Especially Nate. He helped me with old iPhone reset and was very kind about it. They also have best service prices around at least 15 mile radius. I will continue to use their services and recommend them to others.

I came here to repair my camera on my s20 ultra. The price was unbeatable and they did such a wonderful job. It was done super quick. They were very nice people who worked there. They made sure i was satisfied before i left. I would 100% come back here. I had to preorder the part so just letting you review readers know to call in if u need something replacing.

On May 23, 2019, I went to have a cracked screen repaired. If I remember correctly, it cost $204. It was finished by the time I was done with work, so I was reasonably happy as I walked out the door with my 6-month warranty on parts and labor. But, now, 10-months or so from the date of repair, my screen is failing. Technically, they did what they said they would. But I feel that the screen failing so soon after the warranty expiring is shady af.

This was the first time I visited BatteriesPlus. I needed to get my phone repaired and being from out of town I was not familiar with any local business so when I saw BatteriesPlus did phone repair I decided to give them a try since it is a widely available business. I could not have been more pleased with the outcome. I made an appointment and they completed the work ahead of the promised time. The entire experience was very professional. Definitely go there if you have phone issues.
