I ordered a mower 12v battery. There's a $12 core fee. No info how to get the fee back in exchange for the old battery. Because it's such a Cluster F they now give you a $20 gift card instead of the $12 core fee back to your credit card. Too bad they don't tell you this up front instead of the hassle of dealing with customer service. There's no reason to waste hours for $12.

The customer service is horrible. I swiped an item twice and did not realize it until I got home. I called the store multiple times. No one answered. I called again today, again no one answered. I purposely put the phone down and counted the rings, 22 times, I gave up.

The workers here are very rude when asked to help price check an item that was displayed on discount and started yelling they work this section they know more. Throwing the clothes onto the refrigerator at check out, snatching them out of the customers' hand.
