love the pharmacy and staff! just the phone system sucks but it’s not the individual pharmacy’s problem

Love this pharmacy except the woman who I took my prescription fill to. She’s extremely rude and unhelpful. I showed her my prescription from my doctor and she just looked at me with a dirty look and said we don’t do that here. Didn’t even ask the actual pharmacist. So that’s why it doesn’t get 5 stars, if this is how I will be treated when I bring another prescription to be filled I will stop coming. So rude and made me feel really stupid. The pharmacists and most of the assistants are amazing people. But that woman was so rude and unwelcoming. Disappointing.

The Walmart in Villa Park is a train wreck!!! The store shelves look like hand grenades went off in them. Stuff is just everywhere. Stacks of boxes on pallets with empty boxes on the shelves including in the freezers you name it. What a disaster!! They need to shut this store down and they need to go through inch by inch and straighten it out before they reopen the doors!!! What a mess!!!

Outstanding service by the entire staff from the top down! My 2 year old golden was recovery from cancer surgery when my 13 year old golden developed a serious health issue. I was a mess and was trying to get her script filled as soon as possible. I ended up calling the Walmart Pharmacy 3 times because I wasn't thinking straight and had misunderstood the text message. Despite my annoying behaviors, the staff was cheerful, responsive and compassionate. Thank you to all who assisted in the order.

You can barely understand what the person is saying who answered the phone. They talk to fast and you have to ask over and over again what they said. Poor customer service.

They have no idea how to use their own computers. Your prescription might be incorrectly filled so def check before you leave. If you leave without checking they claim you're at fault.
