If I could give it NO stars, I would. This location has the WORST pharmacy. They have messed up my order countless times. I have changed pharmacies and am much happier now.

I arrived with only one person in front of me. Since they could not find my profile (we moved states), they did not fill the scripts called in by the clinic. I sort of get that, if you don't have insurance. But when they finally DID find my profile and my insurance, I was told 20 minutes to fill script. Basically back of the line, rather than front of the line bc THEY were the ones that sat on it. I'm miserable and look every bit of it. It's 9 pm. I have a mask on bc I am infectious. You would think they would want me there heck out of here. And now there are literally 10 people in line to pick up scripts bc this is the only one open late. At least cashier was polite and did not give up looking for my profile, so I could (in theory) get this tonight. I've been waiting 30 minutes. We shall see.

This store sucks! The employees are so rude and the service is slow. It also has a foul smell and it’s hard to navigate. Hire better staff who know customer service!!

Avoid sending your prescriptions here. Went in validated 2 orders, and I was told to come back in 45 mins. Came back in an hour. Said it's not ready, and they are working on it. When the pharmacist came to give me one of my meds, I noticed one missing, I asked about it, she said the doctor never put in the order, and she only sees one. It was not worth the argument as my doctors office closed, and it was midnight, but my portal showed two orders.

Estimated pickup time is essentially always, "Sorry, we're running behind schedule. We'll keep you updated." Waiting over an hour every time you need a basic antibiotic like Amoxicillin is unacceptable. If you get strep or the flu, have your doctor fill the prescription elsewhere if you're trying to get your medicine to get well quickly.

Pharmacy is a JOKE! I waited for over an hour. The clerk told me the wait was around 45 minutes. Ok, totally understandable. I told him I was going to wait. I waited with my sick daughter. Ended up buying some tylenol there because her fever spiked to high. I decided to get back in line. When finally is my turn, another clerk tells me,'One is ready, we don't have the otherone.!" I have been waiting with my sick child, nobody else in the waiting area, and they didn't bother to call.

They tell you that prescription will be ready at certain time, but when you come there 7 hours later the promised time they say they didn’t even start filling it. The lady had attitude since the 1st second.

Worst pharmacy ever!!! Slow, rude, disrespectful and they don’t know what they are doing. Moreover, I think the Indian and Latina pharmacists are racist. Go somewhere else
