This pharmacy used to be good they hired this dumb kid named Alex and it’s gone to hell. He’s completely illiterate does not know how to do his job and furthermore, the Walgreens pharmacist has not gotten rid of his uneducated self.

Bad track record filling prescriptions.
Usually takes three trips to get an order right.
They make refills very difficult.
Not much positive effort.

This store feels like the entire world has slowed down. I have been coming to this store for some time now. I have a feeling no one on the staff has any urgency to do anything. Tonight I came in to print a few pages of some important documents. A staff member handed me a wrong usb cable and then she said they dont have any (I know they do) and pretty much lost interest in helping out. On the way out, I asked the manager what happened with the cable soon to find out there was one! The media staff is sluggish and not interested in helping out. That bothers me a lot as we also come here to print pictures and feel like people don't want to work there.

The public needs this store to open an hour earlier, at 7am every day. There’s plenty of morning traffic with few options in the area. The store can be supported with enough area traffic an hour earlier.Even the other Lombard Walgreens at a less trafficked location opens by 7am.

Made an appointment for my uninsured friend for COVID testing and it said it was free on their website. I confirmed this multiple times. I get to the window to a very rude woman stating he'd have to pay $128 dollars. Definitely call to check and ask for the name of a person since they're deceptive.

Ramah, the pharmacy intern, is always respectful, pleasant, and knowledgeable when counseling me on my meds! It’s always nice to have a friendly face waiting to help me with any of my questions and concerns.

I habe been visiting this Walgreens here in Villa Park on east St. Charles for about 15yrs and has always had a pleasant experience with their pharmacy but the clearks inside could be more friendly to all customers not just some.

Wow. 45 minutes in the pharmacy line and two people got through. Absolutely absurd. Honestly I don't even understand how it can be so slow.

Why make people schedule a covid test if it is going to take almost 30 minutes to complete. I was the only customer when I got there. Such a joke, no sense of urgency what so ever.I would also like to add they took so long the customers behind me were honking and I was late to pick my child up from daycare.

I’ve never complained in my life but i’m so extremely tired of the way this walgreens staff + pharmacy treats people. Anytime I go to pick up my medicine there is a problem. Today I went to pick up my emergency inhaler after they told me it would be ready at 8:00. I show up and the woman tells me she cannot sell it to me because their systems are down. I was kind and asked her what I should do because my medicine is covered by insurance and I need my emergency inhaler or I will be at risk. She then takes 1 minute to go on her computer that was “down” and gives it to me. She then says with an attitude “Yea thanks for ur understanding” while rolling her eyes. I don’t have the patience to argue with people so I drove away. But i’m tired of this and walgreens needs to hire better and kinder workers. Especially when it comes down to medicine and people being at risk without it.

UNRELIABLE WEBSITE HOURS / Website said "Pharmacy is Open" (and listed until 9 p.m.), on Sunday, but it was CLOSED. (Try it yourself next Sunday, you'll see.) I'd mentioned to staff another website error but they don't fix the website. Use website at your peril. Staff is great when they're there, though. Hence the 3 stars; it's staff, they're good.
