The gym is amazing BUT THEY WILL DRAIN YOUR ACCOUNT.I went there for one month about a year ago. I agreed to their terms, meaning I knew that there was going to be an annual fee and one other thing (not sure what that was) and I was fine with it. But I literally just went one month and stopped. I recently reviewed my credit Karma account and apparently they reported my account for having a $408 debt. $408. Now I know a lot of you are looking at this and saying, "well maybe you should have paid" but let's be honest, if you don't have the funds, you may not necessarily always be thinking straight. As I mentioned before I went one months. So for someone to actually look at this on paper (meaning they can review this account) and not go "well he wasn't even going" is also insane. I disputed it with the debt collectors and they said it was resolved but didnt do anything. I just don't understand how companies get away with this! Particularly health and fitness companies. Just look at the account and charge them for what they used not what they didn't. It's a month to month contract anyways. They will try to do this with you. Now I'm not saying this about this gym but some places tell you to come in at very specific times to cancel your memberships. So it's not really a matter of IF they will do this to you but when. I've also heard this is a very common thing for this company to do even if you think you've cancelled.

Update: I have now been threatened by VASA Fitness with a negative spot on my credit report. Just filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. This is going to get some media attention.
Signed up, I was never allowed to work out here because their app didn't work. Getting ALL MY MONEY BACK!
Fix your app. Wanting to take almost $60 from me and won't let me beyond the front desk? What kind of scam are you running?

Nice, clean club with many amenities (sauna, steam room, spin, basketball court, group x classes, pt, red light therapy, massage chairs and more)
Staff is friendly and club never seems too packed due to it's size.

It's ok, I liked a lot of the amenities they have to offer. If you're going to be using weights, machines, their small lap track, classes, the other rooms like basketball, and other amenities, its a wonderful experience. But one of the amenities gave me an experience that I just have to talk about. And I'm not the only person who has brought up this topic in these reviews. It's the pool.
First, when I used the pool to do some swimming laps, I noticed your typical pool stuff. Hair, and other random stuff. But then I saw a bug. It looked like a house centipede, caterpillar, or some kind of larva shaped bug. Caught me on suprise, decided to get out of the pool.
Second, there were these two guys giving off a weird vibe. They would sit on the pool bench and then go into the steam sauna, come back out to sit on the pool bench again, and then go into the steam sauna again and again. They were the only ones doing this. Everyone else would come to do their business and just leave. By the 3rd time they did this cycle, I started feeling uncomfortable. Decided to finish my workout and head to the locker room to get ready to leave. I'm not saying something was going to happen, I just wanted to be on top of my awareness and safety.
My conclusion is to enjoy your time working out. I feel that in this place, you can get that great workout experience, but just be aware of your surroundings.

Great, clean gym with lots of access/classes for a really affordable price point and limited obnoxious pressure to signup for personal trainers (although if I had that scratch I’d gladly sign up!!)
Gets pretty crowded on weekday afternoons but it’s probably not anymore congested than any other gym at 5pm.
My only criticism is there’s not a lot of yoga classes (and none in the early morning ☹️)

honestly i’ve loved this gym for years.
but as of lately they’ve been firing the only good people left, and not giving them a reason why. the remaining staff are unfriendly, judgemental, & constantly flirt with my sister. on top of that, i got insanely pressured to help this girl out to personally train me. i did a free session so she can get her commission or whatever. after she full blown begged me to pay for more, (so she could get paid not bc i needed it) i said no. everyone in there started not talking to me and giving me dirty looks. it’s getting so unfriendly since they keep firing the only people who seem to care & greet you when u walk in. literally they have 2 row machines. and that sauna dirty asl. glad i’m moving & if yall see this i really don’t gaf.

Some staff members standing at the front who seem to just gossip and judge people as they wait in the lobby or when leaving the facility.
My car broke down and I had to get an uber with my little one in his car seat and while waiting in the lobby, I could here some of the staff standing with front desk gossip and make a joke about it.(I guess they thought that, I couldn't hear them)
I was going to recommend my husband join this gym with me but glad I didn't.
Then, daycare seems to discriminate (Noticed this a couple of times I was there) Bathrooms are not clean/ filthy.
Definitely, not returning to this facility again and wouldn't recommend!
