Do not come here!! The lady messed up my eyebrows, took away my natural arch and left them rounded and didn’t clean up the bottom. My eyebrows look terrible, I tried giving a local business a chance but never again. I’m so mad

The owner of this place was very rude to me . I told her to used wax for my chin since my skin is very sensitive . She continue to used the thread I had to stop her and told her the same thing about my skin . She practically refused to used wax and left my eyebrows very thin .was purposely done. She has bad vibes and she wants to do whatever she wants . No tip for her . She used to have another lady that helped her , that did a really good job and listen to the customer. But it seems that she no longer works there . I don not blame her . Will never go back again . No wonder she has no customer any more .that place is dead.

Both ladies who work over there very knowledgeable.Around them several beauty salon are situated. But I will recommend this one.They never do the facial without checking your skin or in as usual way.

I saw another review mentioned this place made rude remarks about their skin, so I thought I should share my experience as well. I have been a customer at this place for almost 5 years now, and the treatment I received the other day was unbelievable. I walked in, and Soniya was working with another client and keep in mind I have eczema and she knows this too since I’ve been going there for half a decade now. She came up to me and asked if what I had on my face was contagious, which is fine because she just wants to make sure all protocols are met. However, as a client who has been going there for 5 years she should know that my skin condition (eczema) is not contagious, and when I told her it’s not. She proceeded to say “When I went home after doing your eyebrows I had a horrible rash on my hand”. I was shocked, and told her it wasn’t me because anyone who knows about autoimmune diseases, and eczema knows it’s not contagious. She continued to argue with me and refused to offer me services. She said she can only wax my brows and not thread them. She was still afraid after I told her it’s not contagious, and she made another lady do my brows. If eczema was truly contagious she would’ve caught a rash from the first day I stepped into her salon. Maybe she should consider it being from her tools that they don’t sanitize after each client! Very nasty! I broke down in the store, because of how horribly I was treated, and other customers were making faces and looking at me as if I had an infectious disease, because Soniya said she got a rash from me. My disease is something that’s very personal to me, since I’ve been suffering with it for so long and as a customer who has been going there for a very long time I’m proud to say I will not be returning! Safe yourself the embarrassment and rude remarks on your skin.

???just went there today the lady took my one whole eyebrow off she would'nt let me even see them , i also told her just shape and cleaning don't make it thin , she ripp off the whole thing , never ever going back there, it's been a year and my brows were fully grown so i thought lets get them done and just step in there my Bad i made that decision and it was my worst decision , save yourself ladies don't go there or you have to hide your whole face instead of just the mask
