Whoever is delivering my mail sucks. It always shows in informed delivery but never comes. They are stealing my mail I don’t know what else to think. Amazon ups any other carrier door dash u name it has no problem finding me but USPS DOES. Mike in the office was rude to me and hopefully he redeems his self by getting me my package today. I hate this so bad for me .Update;Mike helped me so much and brought my package back same day. Thanks

I thought the customer service was really slow and notvery polite. Lady Clerk who waited on me was inattentiveat first. I had to mail 2 packages UPS ground and shegot defensive and snapped at me when I objected toher long-winded explanations.Next time I'll use the automated machine in the lobbyfor weighing packages and buying postage. I recommend doing that if you use this post office.

DO NOT USE THIS POST OFFICE FOR PASSPORTS. We have tried 3 times to make an appointment for a passport and keep getting turned away. Short staffed, someone calls out, whatever. Go somewhere else.

Went into the Villa Park post office yesterday and a women named Tara took care of me. She was the nicest person I've ever seen work there. I'm not sure why the post office doesn't hire more people like Tara. She was very helpful and assisted me with my shipment. Mr Lopez if you're reading this please take care of your good workers so they stay and help the community you work in, you already lost Gail.

My packages’s been stolen by this usps delivery! I already reported this incident to the supervisor but she doesn’t seem to care. This facility needs to be investigated. Seriously, we pay for the service and now keep losing my money! Wth

I can't say enough about how great their passport services lady was. She truly went above and beyond making sure my photo looked good. She also suggested I returned my Walgreen's photo since it was too pale. She made me extra copied of the citizenship documents, just in case. She answered all of my questions and made valuable recommendations. Unfortunately, I didn't catch her name. But, nonetheless, I highly recement this location if you want to be treated with kindness and professionalism.

They all give you different information when it comes to renew a U.S. Passport. Very unhelpful people. Such waisted of my time with these people.

I waited in line for 10 minutes only to be told they are out of stamps. All I wanted was a sheet of forever stamps. How can the post office be out of stamps? So after driving to Walgreens to buy stamps then I have to come back inside to mail my letters because you have no drive up outdoor mailbox at the post office. in the window that says you’re out of stamps at the post office. That would save people some headache during the holidays.

I send my passport application on 11/21/2022 and today is 12/16/2022 I spen the extra 155 dollar for priority and expedite for both passports for nothing because it's still shows in transit, and its been sitting in Philadelphia Post Office for 20 days now, and the staff in Villa Park wanted me to call the Philadelphia post office, but they couldn't provide me with a phone number. Horrible experience and after talking to different people they all agree that the USPS is getting worst and worst every time. Because they keep hiring people with less or no sense of responsibility.

Thank you staff for being so patient and helpful with me on Friday 12/9/22, and your efficiency and kindness is sooo appreciated especially during the holiday season. I have to come into mail packages etc for work a fair amount and with plenty of parking and the current staff it is a waaay less stressful experience. Thank you!! Yes I will do the official survey too!
