Whoever was working Monday 8:30 am: rude, unprofessional and incompetent.
I said hello how are you twice: not one word or response. -100% in customer service and knowledge.
Not sure if she’s having a bad or just at the wrong job… but definitely avoiding this location or at least that employee

I run a small business and run all of my shipping out of this Post Office. The staff is always available to help and having 24-hour access to an automated kiosk makes afterhours management a breeze

Got a rude phone call from a Villa Park USPS employee cancelling my passport appointment 2 hours before the appointment that was made for weeks. I asked if they could reschedule for next available appointment since they cancelled same day and she said I can just do it myself. Rescheduled for a different post office. Hoping a different location will be better. I had mailed in my originally application that the USPS lost.

I had my appointment scheduled for passport application for my kids today and someone called me earlier and told 2 people called off from staff today and there is no one to do my passport application. It was very difficult for me to find the time slot due to multiple applications that I’d to fill . The lady just told me to reschedule and hung up . Did not even offer a date or time. I had this day and time scheduled 2 weeks back as kids were off from school but looks like they really don’t care.

Whoever is delivering my mail sucks. It always shows in informed delivery but never comes. They are stealing my mail I don’t know what else to think. Amazon ups any other carrier door dash u name it has no problem finding me but USPS DOES. Mike in the office was rude to me and hopefully he redeems his self by getting me my package today. I hate this so bad for me .Update;Mike helped me so much and brought my package back same day. Thanks

I thought the customer service was really slow and notvery polite. Lady Clerk who waited on me was inattentiveat first. I had to mail 2 packages UPS ground and shegot defensive and snapped at me when I objected toher long-winded explanations.Next time I'll use the automated machine in the lobbyfor weighing packages and buying postage. I recommend doing that if you use this post office.

DO NOT USE THIS POST OFFICE FOR PASSPORTS. We have tried 3 times to make an appointment for a passport and keep getting turned away. Short staffed, someone calls out, whatever. Go somewhere else.
