We hired Ultimate Remodelers to replace all of the windows on our 100+ year old condominium building, and we couldn't be happier with the process, the services provided, and the overall product. From the very beginning of working with Mike and his team, we were repeatedly impressed with the level of professionalism involved. Mike was extremely patient with our condo association as we worked together to make decisions. His background knowledge of the options for various windows, the building codes in our village, and the installation process was extremely helpful. Due to the fact that our building is in an historic district, getting permits for any work is a must and Mike took all dealings and negotiations on with the village as part of his role in the process. Due to other work occurring simultaneously at our building we had to reschedule installation, yet Mike was patient, professional and kind throughout every step. The install team was quick, courteous and professional. They were clean and extremely careful working within the various spaces of our condo building and units. Mike was on hand frequently throughout the installation process and easily accessible by phone call and text for any questions that came up along the way. We highly recommend Ultimate Remodelers Inc and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

This is the third time we have used Ultimate Remodelers. They are great. We love our windows. We have now replaced all our old heavy wooden storms and windows with beautiful easy to open and clean stylish windows. Mike has been a great help in choosing and designing the windows.

We used Ultimate Remodelers to replace the 100 year old windows in our entire home. They were reliable, communicative and well-priced. They were in touch every step of the way and their install team was one of the cleanest I've ever seen. I'm very happy we went with them and wish I could work with teams like this more often on other repairs around our house!

Ultimate Remodelers replaced the storm door to my deck with a much better one that fits properly and looks nice, too. James was great to work with, took his time with me and helped me balance cost and features. The office staff was helpful and responsive, and the install went smoothly. I recommend this company.

I'm very happy with the service and products from Ultimate Remodelers! My new back and storm doors look great and are of high quality. Additionally, we replaced a former 2-stacked window panel with just one and trimmed-out the top space. It looks beautiful and was exactly what I needed! Great job.

James and Heather were terrific to work with -- James came on site to help us with our project for new basement windows. He was very patient with me as I had a lot of questions. We ended up going with Andersen windows and James helped us pick the right color. You can tell he really has an eye for detail and what would look nice! His team even obtained the permit for us. Everything was clearly communicated and within the timeline James and Heather told me. The whole project was a breeze with James and his team. His team of professionals was on-time and very respectful of our home. They cleaned up after finishing their work. The new windows look amazing thanks to James and his team. James even showed up on the install day to make sure everything was going smoothly after I told Heather about a bad experience with another company. I look forward to working with James, Heather, and Ultimate Remodelers again! They really care about making sure their clients are happy and go above and beyond.

My husband was in charge of this home improvement and these are his exact words,"Having spent 40+ years in the trades I tend to be critical of work done, either by myself or others. For that reason I tend to do my own work. We have hired out projects that needed to be expedited, only to be disappointed with the work poorly performed and a lack of attention to detail.This is Not the case with Ultimate Remodelers!The salesman/estimator, Mike, was easy to work with, not pushy, knowledgeable, and available for any questions.Andy and Marcus came out and replaced all 15 windows on the main floor. They didn't steamroll the project and exceeded my expectations.Great to see that level of professionalism!Heather, the office manager, was very pleasant and called upon completion to inform me that there had been a small clerical error and would be cutting us a check.I will be using them again, and highly recommend this company!

We sourced Ultimate Remodelers for our two exterior doors and installation. Originally, we worked on quoting with a handful of suppliers/installers, but UR was the most competitive when comparing apples to apples. Our sales contact (Mike Nucci) was very responsive, knowledgeable, and great to work with. Mike had advised that they hired on a very good carpenter (Andy) to work on door only projects, and they said they were excited to have such a expert on their team. This was a plus for us, since we had done some new window installations with one company who would just send different formans/crews every time. UR knew exactly who would be out doing our project and could speak to his skillset and expertise. Andy actually came out one day to do one more measurement of our doors just to be sure what we were ordering was accurate, which gave us peace of mind. UR underpromised and over-delivered on the lead time... they estimated 6-8 weeks for the doors to come in, which we understood completely going into this project. However, the doors took less than a month to come in. Andy and his crew were out there within the week we were notified the doors were ready. The install took less than a day, Andy and the crew were exteremly profossional and did a great job of cleaning up their messes. Only one snafu happened... we were under the assumption that the trim/frame on the interior of the door would be replaced and not re-used. Andy said the work order did not call for it, but we got on the phone with Heather right away and she worked out directly w/ the owner! She called me back and said there was some miscommunication/misunderstanding and that they'd get Andy back out within a week to replace the interioor trim. Which they did, and it looks great. UR handled the issue with professionalism, understanding, and w/ great urgency. In summary, the project was competitvely priced, seemless, and well executed, and the people at Ultimate were great to work with. It's always great to be able to use a local company. I'm sure we'll use them on future projects, and I recommend them to others looking for this kind of work to their homes.Service: General door installation
