On 9/24/23 at 9:20pm last night my boyfriend went inside the Thorntons location located 250 e Roosevelt rd. to purchase cigarettes for my mom and gas for the car he explained to the employee that he didn't have his physical Id on him, but he had a picture of it in his phone and that's he's over 21 the employee then started getting aggressive out of nowhere saying that he didn't care. So, my boyfriend asked if I can just come into the store to Purchase the man told him "No because she's going to be buying it for you" in reality it was really for my mom so when I got inside the gas station to try to purchase he continued to be rude I had my ID on me I'm 22 years old I didn't see the problem on why he was still refusing I also had my mom on the phone, so she was hearing everything the man was saying to us we didn't want to cause any problems so I just asked for a refund on my gas and we left because at that point I didn't want to spend my money with them just because how the man treated us me and my mom been going to gas station for over 7 years and this the first time we ever had any type of problems when coming to this gas station. I don't know the man's name, but I know exactly how he look so I will be reporting him to his manager as well.

Stopped at the location today and ALL of the pumps with E85 and less had bags on them. Nothing posted to why it's out... Don't stop keep going

I stopped here the other day on my way home. The young guy at the counter was really friendly and helpful. I was having problems with my Samsung Pay and he was able to help me figure out how to use it. The inside of the gas station was super clean and had a big variety of snacks and drinks. I didn't get gas there but it looked like they were doing work on the pumps. If you're in the area and need gas, smokes, drinks, snacks, etc you should stop by!

Tried to call from webpage and every store in my area the call was disconnected before it would ring. Had to hand type number to get connected to call the one in villa park just to find out no gas till the 25th. Poor management.

Had to go inside to pay because there was an issue paying at the pump. Otherwise check was quick. Friendly staff.
