“I do a lot of domestic shipping for my online business. In the past three years, I tried out 6 or 7 UPS stores in my area; I have to say this is THE BEST UPS STORE to do business with. Here are my reasons:1) People in this location are amicable, from the owner to everyone on his team. One time, I had a lot of items that needed to be shipped. The owner came out to the parking lot and helped me move my items inside the store. I have never experienced this level of customer service in any other USP stores.2) The store had dolley, a few flatbed carts you can use, which come in handy when you need to ship heavy items.3) This store is very well maintained and spotless.”

We needed immediate help, and Custom Packing, Crating and Logistics customer service was excellent - they responded very promptly and a team was on site in no time. “This is a very reliable location for all your mailing needs and more! I ship everything from this location for years now and they are always so easy to deal with. Customer Service is 10 stars every time! I needed something notarized and my bank said they couldn't do it until July 5th and I needed an appointment. Then I came here on a hunch that they had notary service. They notarized my document within 2 minutes and only charged $5! That beats all your time and gas wasted trying to get notary appointments for weeks later. Maaz was so patient and helped us with making a copy of the document, envelope then shipping the document for us. They saved the day and I'm very satisfied with all their service. The store is always spotless and clean. Rates are a lot better than the other UPS stores too. They also do USPO regular mail options. Services also include notary, copies, mail supplies and postal mail boxes. Best and only place you need to go for all your mail resources! Thanks Ahmed and Maaz for helping us so much!”

“I went on my lunch break to return something I bought on Amazon. There was a problem scanning the QR code off my phone and since the Amazon account is under my husband I don’t get the emails. I texted my husband to forward me the email but he was at work, so who knows when he would have the time to send me the email. Luckily the employee that was helping me had the idea of emailing a copy of the QR code to the store email and scanning the code from there. It worked! Now my package is on its way back to Amazon and I was able to check this off my list of errands.”

I searched for a UPS location and found this UPS Access Point conveniently located in Villa Park.When I dropped off my package, they were very accommodating, they could see me struggling with the box in the parking lot, a nice employee opened and held the door for me and pointed me right to the UPS desk in the back.When I got there, a nice young man took care of all the shipping details and even attached the label correctly for sending out my return.Also the Ace Hardware store was clean and well stocked, so I will be back to shop there as well.Five stars for both!”
