“Love this pharmacy except the woman who I took my prescription fill to. She’s extremely rude and unhelpful. I showed her my prescription from my doctor and she just looked at me with a dirty look and said we don’t do that here. Didn’t even ask the actual pharmacist. So that’s why it doesn’t get 5 stars, if this is how I will be treated when I bring another prescription to be filled I will stop coming. So rude and made me feel really stupid. The pharmacists and most of the assistants are amazing people. But that woman was so rude and unwelcoming. Disappointing.”

“I have been using Jewel Osco for a few months now. I personally like Ray at the pharmacy, he’s very calm and collected- everytime I visit he’s a nice face to make me feel better with my anxiety, pain and just overall life. Other pharmacists are also present and the assistants are wonderful, there’s just one lady that I don’t think is really friendly or „I want to come back to see these guys again”. For respect I’ll leave her name out of this review, but she could really use either a serious hug, a lover, or perhaps just someone to talk to- although I attempted that today to be kind (even under immense anxiety and pain) but she didn’t care to smile. Hint: Her last name defeats mine. This Osco usually has my medications, except one that is always difficult to find because of others abusing it. So far I was able to obtain it at another Osco. Such is the world. Overall I give this place 4 stars, Ray gets 5. There are other technicians that I enjoy and would love to leave personal comments for- but I can’t remember their names. I’ll leave a review in the future.”

“The public needs this store to open an hour earlier, at 7am every day. There’s plenty of morning traffic with few options in the area. The store can be supported with enough area traffic an hour earlier.Even the other Lombard Walgreens at a less trafficked location opens by 7am.”

“They are definitely short-handed, so patience is required. We've used the drive-through for many pick-ups. Slow, but they get the job done. Today, I decided to go inside for a pick-up and wanted info about a couple vaccines and ask about a delayed prescription. At the pharmacy, Lydia took great care of me. She was polite, professional, and persistent. She was able to straighten out my account and found the eye drops that are in short supply. Phew! She set me up for two vaccines, even though I didn't have an appointment. I waited about three minutes at the clinic before I got my vaccines. Painless. Quick. The young woman was very pleasant and professional. Great experience!”

“This Walgreens is a bit of a problem, especially the Pharmacy but I recently had a very positive experience with the cashiers and photo department so I feel it deserves to be noted. I was preparing pictures and posters for a funeral service and quite honestly did not correctly select the proper boxes. I was there 4 days in a row trying to get it right. Each person I encountered at the checkout was patient, and extremely helpful. One of the cashiers, young African American lady/girl, spent 20 minutes on my phone trying to help me with my order. Needless to say I got it done and it was less frustrating because they were all so helpful.”
