“Love this pharmacy except the woman who I took my prescription fill to. She’s extremely rude and unhelpful. I showed her my prescription from my doctor and she just looked at me with a dirty look and said we don’t do that here. Didn’t even ask the actual pharmacist. So that’s why it doesn’t get 5 stars, if this is how I will be treated when I bring another prescription to be filled I will stop coming. So rude and made me feel really stupid. The pharmacists and most of the assistants are amazing people. But that woman was so rude and unwelcoming. Disappointing.”
“They are definitely short-handed, so patience is required. We've used the drive-through for many pick-ups. Slow, but they get the job done. Today, I decided to go inside for a pick-up and wanted info about a couple vaccines and ask about a delayed prescription. At the pharmacy, Lydia took great care of me. She was polite, professional, and persistent. She was able to straighten out my account and found the eye drops that are in short supply. Phew! She set me up for two vaccines, even though I didn't have an appointment. I waited about three minutes at the clinic before I got my vaccines. Painless. Quick. The young woman was very pleasant and professional. Great experience!”
“The public needs this store to open an hour earlier, at 7am every day. There’s plenty of morning traffic with few options in the area. The store can be supported with enough area traffic an hour earlier.Even the other Lombard Walgreens at a less trafficked location opens by 7am.”
