Looks can be deceiving, we go inside, took my son to washroom we're washing our hands and there's no water to rinse?...the attendant just says we're working on it, how about a sign..then we're looking for something to eat and my son falls on a puddle of water, to top it off they had nothing to eat.? wont come here again

They are very overpriced and have prices marked differently than what it is once you get to the register. Even when you tell them the price on the shelf is different (2 liter Pepsi marked 2 for $5) the cashier still won’t honor the price, as well as the 5 hour energy. I can’t wait until the new Shell opens so I can patronize them. I’m reporting this establishment to the BBB.

I always fill up my car here and everything would be fine if it wasn't for the cashier - rude and rude, aggressive and it's only 8 in the morning.

Was great place prior to covid. Staff would clean the gaming area and get you a complimentary beverage. Now, the machines are filthy, some broken, room is dirty. Bathroom is usually messy, no soap etc.Tonight I told the cashier that 1 machine wasn't working and another has no sound. She said I should unplug them. Haha!! I work with these machines, a printer jam needs a tech and the 1 with no sound has been like this over a year now. She said it takes too long for a tech to come out....better get a new vendor then. I will take my money elsewhere.Prices here are a bit high compared to other convenience stores. Cashiers know little english.

I have been coming here for gas, car wash, snacks all the time since I live near by and today I had the worst experience. The cashier was so rude and mean, I dont understand why this business is tolerating such behavior. Or maybe the owner is a similar type? I wont ever go back here and will tell all my friends in Oakbrook about the horrible experience. We will go to next door instead!

It's 230 pm and the doors are closed, locked, 2 people playing video games through the windows with the doors locked. Did a gas full up and paid for $12 carwash.. need the receipt.. have to go inside to get the receipt bc it didn't print outside .. been knocking on door along with 8 other people. It's 243.. door still locked. ??

Their game room used to be so fun, you could play for a while and enjoy yourself. Now, you can go pump $200 into the machines and not win a spin. Should be audited. It shows too, used to be many regulars, now hardly anybody goes there. I feel like they put the odds almost at illegal levels. As for the gas station, it's clean. Sometimes you get a rude person and sometimes a nice person. It's a crapshoot. Hope that somebody monitors what they do with their machines. I know I won't be back after wasting so much money without even getting to play long .
