I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH THESE GUYS. Working in the digital marketing field, having a design background, and being very type A - I know what I want and want it done right. OSD above and beyond exceeded my expectations for my company's huge website re-design. They were priced below market, very attentive via email and phone, met with me weekly to go over recent changes, and got the site launched faster than I thought was possible. Not only is our website more beautiful than any of our competitors, but they made me look like a rockstar at work. It couldn't have gone any smoother thanks to Nat, Guy, Tyler, and Franco.

Nat and Victoria were amazing. They took our ideas right out of our heads and were able to put together to create the website we not only wanted but needed. I would definitely recommend them for anything you have. They do it all from attorney websites to barbershop websites. If you aren't working with them you are missing out.

I had a horrible experience with Olive Street and was very disappointed with the company as a whole. In summary, they were not motivated to make me happy at all, took too long, had horrible copy writing, and refused to listen to what I wanted out of the website. I'm a young attorney that worked for a firm for 6 years at an older firm before deciding to go off on my own. I met with Olive Street because I liked their design of another attorney's website. That was apparently a mistake on my part, because the whole time they kept trying to replicate that site instead of trying to make a site catered to what I wanted. When they sent me the content for the site, it was written very poorly. The grammar was all in passive tense, was riddled with "run-on" sentences, contained many inaccuracies about the area of law that I practice, and had many incorrect facts about myself. I spent hours editing the content, which I was still ok with because I had to do go through it all anyway. When I told Nat (the owner) that it was poorly written, he became very snarky, defensive and told me that "it was written by English honors students." Less than a week later, he told me he was wrong and that it was not written by the "honors students." The fact that the owner of a company doesn't know who's writing the content was troublesome, but still not a deal breaker since I edited it all anyway. Out of the five or six drafts of the site, NONE of them ever had any of the content I had written, despite the fact that I had resent it to them via email at least three times! On to the photos. First of all, it was very clear that all they did was go to istock.com and pick the first two on the list. I told Nat that I liked the photos, but wanted something similar but different. Instead of finding some different options, he told me to find them instead. I found one, emailed it to Nat, and he simply replied back with "can't use it." That's it. Not why or "hey, that one's not formatted right, how about this one?" Just a no. Towards the end of the process, Nat literally sent me an email stating "we need more photos for the website. Since you don't like any of the photos we picked out, can you find some more for us?" Who's working for who here??? I admit some fault because I stayed with them too long and should've fired them way sooner than I did. So much time had passed and I wanted a website, I felt like I could hold out. Even when I told Nat to stop all the work, he told me that he site was "ready to launch" despite the fact, still, NONE OF MY CONTENT WAS ON THE SITE! The best part was after they failed to make a website, I was told that I owed $1950 for the crappy work they did on a terrible, incomplete website. Nat literally told me "You got a great deal." I couldn't believe it. There's even more I could get into but I think I made my point. I'm sure plenty of people may have been happy with them, but I've never been treated so poorly by a company in my entire life, including Comcast. Hey, at least their PRODUCT is good despite their abysmal customer service. Olive street had neither. And in case you're wondering if I was the problem, I've hired web312 to do my site and am continuously blown away with their artistic appreciate and their professionalism. I've had no problems and they're even cheaper. Stay away from Olive Street. I only picked one star because negative 3 stars was not an option on Yelp.
