Try to call a local BOA customer service number. It's voice mail hell and near impossible to talk to a real person.

Wish I could give zero stars " manager" Armando Hernandez is the ring leader of the do nothing circus came in to open a bank account they tell me it's gonna take hours and then I have to wait to see somebody but I could go over the phone and open up an account three people later and a bunch of questions and pre-recorded bullshit that I have to listen to later I have no bank account I go back into the location at the advice of the people over the phone and after contacting the Better Business Bureau I finally get them to do a simple task of opening a basic bank account and still they are wasting and harassing my time don't do business here

I've been a client for over 20 years, I went to this branch a couple of times. The staff was always courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. I am very grateful for that.

I came to this bank this morning to make an appointment for later on the day when I showed up there's was a lady already with the bank employee that I had the appointment with, so I got checked in by another employee so I waited for more than 15 minutes and I ask the manager what happened? why I still waiting for to appointment? And so he replied well it's gonna take another 30 minutes then I can give you an update on your appointment. So I replied well you guys can't honor the time of my appointment, I've been waiting 15 minutes as a courtesy to the other customer, then he said yeah I know and then said you can just go home and call them over the phone and I said what? So you mean to tell me that I waisted all this time so you can send me home and take care of my issue on my own over the phone ? He said yes. and I just stood up and left the bank it was a horrible experience and they were really rude and could care less about customer service nor satisfaction totally unprofessional and definitely unacceptable

Can't give less than one star but this branch deserves less then one. I went in at 10:20 and their one teller was on brake, They only opened at at 10 am who needs a break after 20 mins? And no one to fill in with the one teller? B of A sucks but this branch is only an ATM no more.

The slowest bank. If you are in a hurry, or have a full life, or don't want to stand around for 20 minutes the. Go to another BOA. Yelp wants me to add more words so I'm adding this....

If I could give this Bank of America location no stars I would. There is only one Atm and it has to be the hardest parking lol and ATM drive thrus of all the BOAs to get into.

Definitely not one of the premiere locations because it's takes a little while to leave after you physically enter and the drive-up ATM allows you to exit to one street and going one way. BUT, the people are helpful and courteous. I often see them aiding people with the inside ATM and the doors when need-be. Hopefully the ATM breaks down less now. I haven't tried in awhile because it was often "closed for repairs".

I came in on a Tuesday around 2:45 in the afternoon to get my last name changed. The two bankers available to do this both had customers in their offices and I saw one banker leaving for the day. There was one woman in the waiting area waiting to be seen. Two more people come in and check in and wait to be seen. Meanwhile there is one teller and the line is a mile long. I waited an hour and was still not seen so I left. Avoid this branch.

This is the worst branch by far. I usually bank at Schaumburg. I work in oakbrook and uli stopped to make a deposit at the ATM. The manager decided to c cancel my deposit. They did not call or notify me. And now I have to wait for 7-10 business days to get my money back. I tried calling the branch all day, not once did they answer. I highly doubt they are THAT busy. I filed a complaint with corporate.

Without exaggeration, this is the worst bank we have ever dealt with in our lives. After my wife's father passed away last July, we had an extremely difficult time closing his accounts, mostly because of either the bank's inability or unwillingness to disclose all the documents necessary to do so. Literally, we went to the bank 7 times, and spoke to countless people on the phone, only to be told again and again that we needed yet another form or document. It took us over 4 months to close 2 accounts, again, because of the runaround we constantly received from this bank. And now, as I type this, I'm sitting in an office as they are trying to close the savings account, which never actually closed, because they screwed up and left .02 cents in it! We received a statement showing that they charged us a penalty on the account, so here we sit, yet again. In fact, we've been here for almost an hour and a half, wasting yet more of our time because, as I said, this is quite possibly the worst bank in the world. This is the first review I've ever written for Yelp; I've been meaning to sign up for a while, but obviously our experience has finally motivated me to do so. As I'm new to this, it seems that I cannot post a review with no stars, but believe me, that is exactly what this bank rates.
