She was perfectly responsive and because of her, my vacation won’t be ruined by forgetting my sunglasses!”

She was patient, listened to understand our goals for the wedding, and found ways to accommodate our fathers for their suits. She made recurring phone calls to our fathers and myself to ensure timely pickup, tailoring, and for additional needs we might have had. I can't say enough about the character of the Wheaton store and Carri's leadership! It's hard to build loyalty now. Carri has mine and she'll have yours, too, once you visit.”

Their products are good, they have great variety, and this outlet store is well stocked!

“Today, my friend and I decided to check out Chicago Fashion Outlet at Rosemont. We shopped from different retailers including outdoor gear shops. I noticed my wallet my missing. I was in full panic mode since my wallet had all my IDs, insurance cards, DL and some cash. My friend and I retraced our steps back into the different stores with no luck until we finally decided to go back to J Crew where I browsed earlier. Unbelievably, they had my wallet it was turned over by another shopper who found it! Melissa and Aiden are awesome we couldn’t thank them enough. I was in near tears from gratitude. “I feel like Macy's has made improvements over the past several years, there was a time when it was a bit of a mess and akin to Kohl's with everything always on sale. It's looking and feeling better now. I did notice on a recent trip that the men's dress clothing section has dramatically decreased - the tie selection isn't what it used to be. On a second recent trip I needed an analog wrist watch that met some very specific requirements and was under $100 and the sales lady in the watch section really stepped up to help, even though it was a small purchase in comparison to most of the other watches there. Not only did she find me exactly what I needed, she provided me with options and double checked the product information online to make sure it met my needs.”

“I randomly walked into this store because of the paisley designs and my other friends were boring me and I stayed for over an hour because of Jonathon's amazing service and eye for styles I'd like.
With the hefty discounts and his help finding clothes that fit me, I walked out of there with some amazing velvet paisley black pants.
There were some espradilles I was interested in but they were on hold for someone else so I asked him to let me know if the previous customer bails. Today I bought them, and can't wait to wear them out.
If I had more money I would have bought an entire suit.”
