Just got to say be careful when buying a used car. When my son and I looked at a BMW we pointed out some issues with the headlight but were told, "I don't know that's how it is" we also noticed that the rearview mirror was not working, but we agreed to buy the car as long as the rearview camera gets fixed, came back to the dealership the next day and was told that whoever looked at it couldn't figure out why it's not working. So now they sent us to another shop that works on BMWs and the shop is telling us that there's some wiring issues and that Lucky Motors is only willing to pay for some of the work that needs to be done. Called the dealership to see what's going on and was basically told that we knew the car had some issues and we agreed to take the vehicle knowing that and that they will only pay for the rearview camera getting fixed, But because of these wiring issues is the reason the camera doesn't work in the first place. Long story short follow your gut feeling and don't buy a used car that already has issues. Now I have to see how much it's going to cost to fix these issues and I'm hoping it isn't going to be a hassle. I've had this car for only a few weeks.

The whole buying process was a pain, took over a week for them to get the title for the car for me to even buy it and they just kept telling me it would be there that day which never happened. Now after owning the car the check engine light has came on multiple times for the same thing they “fixed” prior to me buying the car which means all they did was clear the code and call it good. Was contacted by my bank because they still have t received the title from them and it’s been a month. Contacted them multiple times over the last week and I never get a response back and if I do it’s oh I’ll check into it and then never hear anything back again. I guess once they get your money you don’t matter anymore. Will never purchase another car them this dealership again.

I would NEVER buy another vehicle from this company again. From day one there's been nothing but problems. My son paid full price for a Smart car. It was delivered with little to no brakes. We drove it a few blocks to an auto garage. The engine had problems as well. We were told the car ran great and no issues or accidents reported by Luckys.The advertisement confirmed that.
Chris (owner) and his son ,Harrison was disgruntle when calling Luckys telling him the delivery driver was nervous about unloading the car because it had no brakes. It's been a nightmare every since. Nearly two months later we just got the car back from the garage yesterday Sept 6th..This dealership was dishonest in there advertisement of this car and the owner of the Car dealership was difficult to work with. BUYER BEWARE !!!!

Super easy and fast process! The car is amazing and fairly priced. I worked with Harrison on the purchase of the car. He was super quick to respond and answered all my questions very clearly. Super amazing experience!
Update 08/29- The night I bought the car the check engine light went on and a couple days later the car died. The dealership picked up the car to fix the battery and breaks. Their mechanic crashed my car while it was in their care. It’s been a week since the crash and I haven’t been able to see my car, receive pictures, or get any update on the repairs. It’s extremely difficult getting an answer from the team and they always just say “they’re busy and the rest of their business doesn’t stop”. I understand this but it’s sketchy they haven’t been able to provide proof of damage or get in contact with the mechanic for a week.
The bright side is they gave me a loaner car while I wait but I’m extremely frustrated with the issue as a whole and lack of follow up/ follow through of the team. Hopefully I can update this review soon with a positive outcome.

Harrison was a perfect salesman... no hidden fees... no hassle... no problems. Honda sold itself, and he didn't force anything on us. Ask for him and shop here first.

I bought a transit it van little less then a year ago and I have nothing but problems. The struts are bad the brakes ac doesn’t work. They sold me a warranty with the car saying that the warranty is bumper to bumper so should cover just about anything. And it covers just about nothing. Fuxk this place. Never go car shopping here. When I first bought the car they told me 1 week warranty on the van and ac was leaking and they never warranty the compressor. Bad shop.

Great experience at Lucky Motors. Chris and Harrison were very helpful in buying a Porsche Cayenne. They went out of their way to stay late on a Friday night and made the usual hassle of buying a car very simple.
