Don't even waste your time. They don't answer the phone. If you need therapeutic donation you have a chance of dying before you will get scheduled. It takes three to four days to get a call back. If you miss the call another 3 to 4 days. Can you believe it? They only want your blood when it benefits them. They really don't care about your health. What a terrible corporation. GREED!Absolute GREED!Imagine donating all those times and helping them. But when YOU need help you might as well get hit by a bus. Disgusting company. Literally corporate vampires.

This is a wonderful donation center! The staff are talented and friendly, and everything was clean and efficient. I have never enjoyed donating blood before, but the exceptional staff actually made it really fun. I will definitely be donating here again in the future.

Great experience from start to finish. The workers were all very friendly, and when i started getting lightheaded i was given ice packs and a fan until the feeling went away. This was my first time donating blood since high school and will definately return to this location!

Linda was patient, expert at her work, and as gentle as one can be when drawing your blood. Staff were wearing masks, they checked my temperature as I walked in, and I was the only "customer" at the time. While giving blood during a pandemic might be anxiety-inducing for some, it's still an important cause to support and this location appears to do it safely. Added bonus: they test your blood for COVID-19 antibodies, which means you can learn if you have been one of the asymptomatic carriers.

Not gonna lie, I was scared as a 1st time donor. Fortunately Jocelyn and her great team made the experience easy! It seems like they know most donors well as regulars so that was reassuring too. I told them about my fear "issues" and they did their very best to make the process smooth! Was in and out in less than 1 hour! Blessed to be able to help save a life!

This location has all of my favorite ladies! Talk about kind and efficient, they are always so accommodating and attentive. They even got me a cake and card and sang to me for my birthday! Incredible! I will NEVER go anywhere else!

Giving blood is easy here. The nurses are very nice and helpful too. If the mood strikes you, then do drop in and give a pint of blood.
