He has done a lot with conjuring to the downtown Downers Grove community as well. I recommend going to get your clothes, clean there because you’ll get great service but also you won’t have to wait!”

“LOVE Smart Wash! I’ve been using their wash and fold service for over 5 years as my apartment building doesn’t supply decent washer/dryers. I come every week and have the best experience. Clothes is always clean same day and folded beautifully I just need to put them away when I get home. Cannot say enough good things about this place. I usually see Amalia who is amazing since I drop my clothes off the same day every week but the whole team is great!”

“The washers and dryers work really well here, and it's pretty clean overall. I saw staff walking around pretty consistently, either cleaning the floors, maintaining machines not in use, or otherwise keeping things running smoothly.On the downside, the touchscreens on the card machines seem kinda janky. It took me several attempts to buy a new card with the amount I wanted on it. Also not a fan of the really drab, gloomy grey interior. They also have a LOT of TVs with the volume turned WAY up. Couple this with the echo from the high ceiling and it can get incredibly noisy in here. Also they have a vending machine for snacks, but no drinks, strangely. Guess you can get something at the Jewel nearby if necessary.4 stars overall, decent place to go when I have more laundry than the tiny stacked unit in my apartment can handle.”
“I enjoy going to take my dry cleaning here because it feels like a neighborhood "local" rather than the chain branded places. I've taken numerous suit jackets, shirts and other clothing item and they all come out looking BRAND NEW! I enjoy the fact that this place is very close to my work and stop in every so often. The prices are very reasonable considering the work involved to clean clothing. I always had a positive experience here and not sure what else people are writing about Prestige, but this is the place to go for all your dry cleaning needs. Superb quality at reasonable prices. “Carla and her team did a phenomenal job! I was struggling to find a cleaning service during a holiday weekend, and most places were scheduled so far out. She replied immediately after reaching out and worked with us to find a good time. We had them do a deep clean, and they paid attention to every corner, and before leaving, made sure to ask if we were satisfied with their service. This is not to say anything of Carla's kindness and congeniality as a human being. She truly believes in serving her clients not just as customers but as human beings. “I was happy with the dry cleaning and the careful way they hang the clothes however I had a suit jacket with wrinkles remaining on the front. The ladies are very nice and they have lots of work so I said nothing. My guess is that this probably doesn't happen often. I had many items dry cleaned and had issues with only one garment. I'll be back there for sure.”
“Have Tide lockers in our building is a great service and convenience! It does come at a much higher cost than my local cleaners. But, what convenience this provides when time is lacking. I recently sent out a shirt for dry cleaning. Convenient & fast! Good service”

“Nice laundry mat coin operated machines. They do have a change machine by the front door so you can get quarters if you don't have any. Some dryers are free to use so that's a plus. I will come back again”
“This service from Hawthorne is so over the top I had to post a review. They offer free pickup and delivery which is awesome. We have to get clothes turned around quickly because of a job where my husband travels. Always accommodate the quick turnarounds with a smile. A few weeks ago, my husband forgot to pick up a suit he needed for the next day and they were closed. He left a message and the owner herself actually personally delivered them to our house after business hours. Just incredible. Can't say enough about the service and kindness!Services: Delivery”
“She's the best-- I had her dry clean two coats for me and upon picking them up she said she would keep one to continue to try and get a large stain out. Days later, she called me, I went to pick it up and she not only got the stain out, but didn't charge extra for working on it further. Great lady, great work, great place.”

“I go here to wash bedding. Always clean, ample machines. You can get in and out quickly.
Dryers take a couple cycles to completely dry but other than that good facility.”
