Technicians David and Patrick installed a water softner in our new home in Batavia. This required some additional plumbing to get the softner positioned where it was most convenient for adding salt and regular maintenance. They did a great job installing this just as requested. David and Patrick were both helpful and courteous.
We also used Johson Water for our previous home in St. Charles and based on the service for both homes I recommend them for all your water conditioning needs.

We had Austin over to install our new water softener this week. He did a great job after having a nice visit with Jason last week informing me of my options. The unit they installed is very high quality and Austin performed a very clean install. I’m thrilled with the whole process from start to finish and will be recommending them to friends and family!

I was almost about to give up on Johnson...but then i realized that they are the local experts here. I was tired of having Johnson Water coming over for repair every year. I decided to have a plumbing company over, they came, saw and collected the call-out fees but they don't know what they are doing. I had to call Johnson Water to get the issue really fixed. I guess my well water condition is bad that I do need maintenance every year.

Parts with defects. Always something break. Charge you $120 dollars every time things break. Avoid this business.

Great experience. Jason, Nate, and Jimmy were exceptional. They modified the existing fittings (at no extra charge) to provide softened water to the entire house. The install only took 2 hours.

Johnson Water installed our water softener in 1994, and we had it serviced for the first time last night. Austen was our repair technician, and he was wonderful. He called to let me know he was running late. When he arrived, he had all the parts he needed, and worked very efficiently. I couldn’t find our lifetime warranty for parts, but was able to find our original installation contract, so we saved a bundle on parts. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a water system. Every person I had contact with (Sue, Julie, Greg and Austen) were helpful and professional.

Total waste!They sold me a system because I wanted alkaline water. The receipt says alkaline on it. I tested my water and it was NOT alkaline, the same pH as my other faucets. Now they say it only stabilizes the pH. My Lake Michigan water is always a stable 7.0.They refused to help, I gave the system away! I wasted $800. Not enough to sue for, but they deserve to be sued.
