3 stars is for the wash it's decent not perfect other then that you'll have employees bother you at the pay machine area. I understand they are there to help out but honestly focus on the elderly I don't need someone to come up and bother me when I already know what I'm doing. It gets pretty annoying all the time. Example today i drive up saw an employee at one of the machines didn't want to be bothered today so I went to a different machine so I can do my business but then the person walks over to my area and starts talking. In my head I'm like come on dude I moved to a different machine so I don't have to interact with you but whatever not the employees fault more management..... I'm an introvert so not a introvert friendly place.

The wash was fine, but the damn reader never reads my license plate correctly and the guy has to put it in manually. Come on people!

For the price you shouldn’t have to get out and apply bug cleaning liquid or whatever to your car beforehand nor should you have to have an imperfectly dried vehicle, nor have to run through it twice like I did and still have some dirty spots. You also have to vacuum yourself and the first vacuum I pulled up to the nozzle came off so was unusable. That said the coating on the body etc seemed nice just need better full-service for the price.

This is my go to car wash! Prices are very reasonable and my car gets so clean. The dryers and vacuums are very powerful..

Went through this car was for the first time ever, it ripped off the fuel door cover to my new colorado that I have had for slightly over a week. Lucky the employee found it, but it's all scratched up, surprisingly it didn't get run over. Basically I paid for them to mess up my brand new truck.
Needless to say I'm very upset. Had to file a claim with the car wash, we'll see what happens.

The chubby redhead guy who works here has anger issues and is very rude. Their automatic license plate reader wouldn’t read my license plate and he got very mad for no reason because he had to manually enter my license plate number.

I had the monthly package for over a year and one day I went to wash and was told my package was terminated and told I needed to get a rideshare plan when I don't even do rideshare and I don't have any logos on my Tesla so unfortunately I have gone to one of their competitors because I refuse to pay 40 dollars a month when I don't have a corporate vehicle and I'm not a rideshare simply driving a tesla doesn't mean you drive rideshare
