Came in last night to buy a few pucks of rosin. The internet ended up going down. I did have to wait a while but Liz, her coworker and her manager (forgot to get your names my bad) had me in some fun conversations. Their manger even hooked me up for the delay. Thank you again! You guys are awesome!

Giving this place 2 stars because we went to pick up our online order and They gave us the completely wrong cartridge and charged us $52 . When we went back to let them know they couldn’t do anything about giving us the wrong order even though the order was done online. It wasn’t anything compared to what we ordered so we wasted $52 for something that we didn’t even want!!

My father went in as a first time customer, and purchased flower and a cart listed at a discount price online. He was not given the discounted price, instead was charged full price, and the flower is dry and has barely a smell(packaged about 7 months ago). Horrible first impression.

Johnny was very helpful explaining things that could be helpful to reduce the pain I have. What really stood out for me was that it was getting close to closing time and he still took that time for me and that the customer service that will make me return.
