Worse service ever! First time customer. I came in December for my annual exam on the recommendation of a friend. Not only did I have the exam for glasses I asked for contact lense exam. I was told that they had to order my trial lenses that was early December. Today is February 1st. I called the store and spoke with Tanya who informed me that my contact lens order was still being processed. My blood was boiling at this point. I demanded a refund. Next thing I know I'm on hold and the woman I spoke with said that they have my trial lenses. Wtf! Then she says I will throw in an extra pair for the inconvenience. How did they magically find an extra pair. They handed me a bag and that was it. No trying them on to make sure I was able to see. Never again!
