I had a Saturday early afternoon appointment for my 2013 VW GLI and they clearly had a lot of cars to do. Consistently updated me and apologized for the wait - though I was fine - I appreciated the consideration! I’m not sure if it was due to the delay or what but they went well above and beyond my expectations. My car is gorgeous! My car had spent a bit too long between washes and under Oak Park trees and birds, and the interior, that’s a whole other story. They took care of all of it! Had a pretty ugly rear quarter scuff they waxed out. All way more than I could have asked for. Will continue to recommend because these guys do an excellent job and really care about how the car leaves vs what they are obligated to do. Can’t say enough great things about them!

Joe and his team did an excellent job on my Jeep Wrangler. I signed up on their website for a time slot and it was easy and painless. I booked an interior/exterior detail, but because of my Kevlar paint on the Jeep, he proactively knocked off a considerable amount since he couldn’t buff that type of paint. They still used a great looking wax, painted some of the dinged up undercarriage parts and made the exterior look brand new. I appreciated that honesty. His team did a great job and I’m looking forward to using them again in the future.

Absolutely amazing service! I was about 10 minutes away when I called to see if they could squeeze me in, they did with no hesitation. They were working on a huge project and still took care of my car. It was quick and efficient. My car now looks and smells AMAZING. Definitely will come back.

This company is unrealizable. People show up for their appointment on time all the time and get told to wait longer or to come back. The place always smells like marijuana and has empty bear and booze cans everywhere. The employees are disrespectful and most times ignore customers. One of the dirtiest establishments Ive seen so far, garbage, nails, and random objects all through the parking lot. Be careful going to this place and be on you A game!

The guys at Excalabur did an amazing job. I came here from 30+ mins away on a recommendation from my mechanic, and I was not disappointed. My trucks looks better than it did when I left the dealership. Excalabur has definitely earned themselves a new (repeat) customer. I opted for an interior/exterior wash, and booking was simple thanks to their website. I was in and out in 45 mins. Joe was beyond courteous, and you can tell he takes pride in his work.I'll definitely be back.

Impeccable service to make our ancient Lexus street-worthy again. Joe and his team are fast and conscientious. We haven't had a hand-wash since leaving the City two years ago. This exceeded expectations, was well under budget, and their location only deserves to be easier to find!! 10/10

Do not waste your time.. first I called ahead of time and explained what I needed.. they asked me to give them 30 minutes and said I would have to leave it for a few hours . I said okay , and I got someone to ride behind me to give me a ride.. when I showed up it honestly was a weird location down a weird side street / industrial looking street in villa park near the train station . Then after my 30 minute drive there ( after giving them 30 minutes to get ready ) some person took one look at my car and said they had no time today

there truly aren't services out there like this one anymore. Excalibur cares about their customers and the people that they are servicing to be happy. This is one of the nicest services I've ever gotten and I have never been treated more kindly. I took my dog hair black SUV in for an interior detailing and not only were they efficient, but they could not have been friendlier. I had a decal missing on the back of my car and an issue with my windshield wiper, and Joe took care of it without question, the interior of my car was absolutely beautiful, and I couldn't be happier with the service, the price, and the way myself and vehicle, or treated. I found Excalibur off of Google and read the reviews and I am so happy that I listened to everyone that has been so satisfied with them. I encourage everyone to take your vehicle to Excalibur. I took in an older car of mine to Joe on recommendation of my car mechanic. I was quite embarrassed as the car was really dirty inside. I asked Joe what service I needed, and he recommended the full-service hand car wash. When the car was done, I could not believe the transformation inside out. I would highly recommend his services and will definitely take my other cars for a similar transformation.

I recommend their service, I’ve had my car for three years and I decided it was time to detail it for the first time, i forgot to take a before picture but it was an eye sore, soup stain on carpet, popcorn, papers etc but the after look is amazing, looks brand new, it’s sparkling clean. I wanted to take Uber home when I drop off my car and Joe ( I hope I’m correct) gave me a ride so I don’t spend on Uber, talk about first class treatment ??? Thanks to everyone at Excalabur for a great job on my car.

This place is fuckin trash I would not send no one here. Place is unclean the owner have all type off ppl there ppl who steal he let them do drugs in the shop when u get your car back it smell like weed. They sell drugs they scam I also was told they pass out fake money I do not recommend anyone go here or used a service. This is the most horrible place I ever experience. Hands down

Taking my car to Excalibur Detailing in Villa Park was the best decision I made this month. Joe and team did an amazing job and my car looks brand new, both inside and out. It even smells new. The wax made my paint sparkle. My engine was pristine. Even my Weather Tech floor mats were refinished and dyed—it made me so happy and took a weighty problem off my mind.
