My initial expection of the car looked good but then when I started driving noticed missed spots. I went and told Josh and he said I can come in the next day around noon and they will fix it. I came the next day and no one helped me. It states it’s closed on a Sunday but I was told by Josh to come on Sunday around noon. I came, the garage is cracked so I was calling out to see if anyone was there but no response. I spent $225 in total because I tipped. I was hoping someone would help me like they said they would. Now I’m dissatisfied and disappointed.

I just had my father's car (a 2008 time capsule of a car) with all-fabric interior detailed inside-out and Excalabur not only gave me a great price, but steam cleaned the interior and made the exterior shine (almost) like new! I only go to Joe because he and his very hard workers truly pay attention to detail.

Once I found Excalabur I stopped looking for other detail shops and refer only Joe when asked for a reputable business that does a great detail job. They do a fantastic job at a great price! They are amazing and not only kind but generous. I highly recommend Excalabur!!

The Excalibur team completely revived my Jeep Compass! It was in rough shape, and now my car looks and feels brand new. This was 100% money well spent. Their attention to detail was so thorough, and was carried out with the utmost care. Highly recommend booking a detailing, rough shape or otherwise.
